Deerfield Crossing Apartments

Recent move in and so far I am absolutely loving this place. Units are renovated and nice, and the staff is excellent.

This apartment complex is great, secluded enough you dont feel overwhelmed and the property is always in great shape.

Toured these apartments and was really impressed with the spacious layout and the helpfullness of the management team.

In the years living here, I have nothing bad to say about the place. It is beautiful, maintenance is great and the office staff (although changing frequently) is always friendly. It's one of the nicer complexes in Lebanon and worth the price.

This has been an excellent place to live over the last few years. It is a quiet community with great management and maintenance. I can't wait for the weather to get nice again so I can start using the bike path that is right next to the property.

These apartments are in a perfect location. They are close enough for all of the convenience but just far enough to be secluded and peaceful. The maintenance person is quick and reliable he will fix any problems right away.

This has been a peaceful living area. I would recommend this place to anyone out there looking for an apartment.

Love my new apartment. It looked exactly like the online pictures. Abbi in the office was super sweet and helpful and maintenance seems very friendly and is always on site working.

Go elsewhere. Apartments just as good elsewhere for just as cheap. Management company is horrible; very inconvenient. Ownership group is horrible. Increased my water over 3x what I was originally paying on their first day. And, increased my rent over 10% in one year. They are obviously looking to push out a lot of current tenants in order to refurbish the apartments to be able to charge more. What they don't see is there are just a good facilities in the area for a lot cheaper.

I have met the neighbors, so I do know they are here, but the building stays very quiet most of the time which I greatly appreciate!!! The building stays clean and up to date! They maintain the lawns and grounds. I also love how close it is to the bike path!

These apartments look great, love the updated features. Would be a real home run if they had a pool or a fitness center.

I love how quiet it is here. Deerfield is set away from all of the traffic and noise of the city while still being close to all of the retail stores & highways.

Called around looking for an apartment for mid 2023 January, spoke with a man, made appointment when I arrived he was very helpful showed me an apartment... I liked the kitchen and location.

This beautiful property is set on the outside of town and has great views. There’s very little traffic or noise yet close to everything.

You can tell that the staff genuinely care about the apartments and the surrounding area. They have great views as well.

I've lived here since 2019 and under the previous management the rent and water was reasonably priced. Since that time I've seen rent increases from 850 to 877 to nearly 1000 dollars a month(821 sq ft). Cashgrabbing during the pandemic. Hardly anyone has moved in and its been a mass exodus. Last year my building was full, now 4 units are empty. Renovation isn't worth the price (clearly). Previous management installed new water meters and Towne properties switched to flat rate quadrupling the price! No real amenities. Lousy washer/dryer. Be prepared to hear your neighbors getting it on like they're in the room next to you! Don't waste your time. If you can afford their new rent then you can afford to get a house.

The apartments have direct access to the Lebanon bike trail which is a great way to enjoy nature. It’s also still close to shopping and restaurants without having to be downtown.

Walking into one of the newly renovated apartments you can tell right away that they pay attention to the little things that make a difference.

The property looks really nice and well taken care of. I only wish they had 1 bedrooms.

This is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff are so friendly and very helpful. It could not be better located and the amenities they offer are great!

The apartments sit on top of a hill overlooking the whole city of Lebanon. I looked at one of the new style apartments & it looks amazing. You can tell that they are improving everything to make the place nicer.

Lebanon is such a beautiful place to live especially this time of year. Deerfield has some of the best views & it’s so close to everything.

I came to look at these apartments on Wednesday & everything was really nice. The photos of remodeled apartments are amazing I can’t wait to see one in person.

I went to your these apartments a day or 2 ago. I didn’t have an appointment but the manager was eager to answer all my questions. Another person came into the office while I was there I think it was the maintenance guy. He smiled and said hello but was also busy working diligently.

All of the property is maintained very well. The grounds were meticulous. The bike trail goes completely around the property which is a great feature and adds beautiful scenery.

This place has such a nice setup. Perfect driveway. Perfect doors, and big clean rooms! I love the closets. They hold so much clothes! The staff that I spoke to were such sweethearts!

Management is amazing and I’m super appreciative of their help with getting me set up for success. Clean, good location, and good neighborhood.

Deerfield is such a peaceful community. The bike path wraps around the property so it’s very serene. It’s also only like 3 blocks from the countryside YMCA.

I met the new manager the other day. A maintenance man was not available so the manager left the office and fixed my water heater. It’s nice to be somewhere that cares.

Under new management and maintenance and they are horrible, raised the rent and lowered the quality of management and maintenance after the previous retired.

These apartments are amazing and beautiful i would love to live in these apartments. It's close to my kids school and store's are in walkinh distance. I just wish i had the money to afford this with my family but sadly i don't not at the moment because my husband's out of work right now and i am working two jobs just to help out my family

These modern apartments are prefect for couples, families and pet owners. Very peaceful and friendly. Most importantly affordable. If you're looking for a place with great neighbors who love pets this is the place for you.
