I have lived here 10 year as of Aug. 1st and like living here.
ive lived here for many years and will continue as long as i can afford the rent... the staff here is always ready to help in anyway they can. office staff, maintenance, landscaping, etc. are always doing a great job!!
All employees are friendly, answer questions and keep everything clean and orderly.
I always enjoyed living here. I have also seen many changes while living here, from management to residents. One of the things is the speed bumps, where a manager took it on herself to put in because someone complained about people continued to race through here. By doing so, it heart many people at the time, and also now.
I would recommend this apartment complex because I think it is lovely and have only heard positive remarks from the tenants with the exception of the very dirty hallways in this building and the need of painting.
We're bless to have an awesome staff here at Deer Valley.
As one of the longest tenants, this management and maintenance is the best.
It is wonderful and I love the Casita that I am in. It feels all most like living in a outside regular single family home.

Having been one of the longest tenants here, the management and manitenance personnel are the finest I have ever seen.
i have lived at this complex for many years almost 10 i'd say.. i love my apartment and this complex. maintenance has always been right on in getting things fixed. it is greatly appreciated. they keep the surrounding grounds clean and are very friendly.

I am very pleased with most everything that I've ever needed and in a courtesy manner. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that I felt was in need of a similar place.
Great management, maintenance, well kept up, great neighbors. Feels like a neighborhood within our complex.
I definitely would recommend this community to others. Carol (Manager) and Liberty ( Assistant Manager ) are very caring people and always try to make the tenant satisfied in all. The grounds are kept so well and the minute you make a call for repairs they are right on top of it. It is a wonderful place for all to live. And we have 2 great guys here for maintenance of the grounds and taking care of tenants.
I would recommend these apartments because the complex is well taken care of and the personnel really and truly care about their residents.
Carol ( Manager) and Liberty ( Assistant Manager) are such a pleasure to do business with. And Maintenance Tech Jackie is awesome. She is so friendly and leaves the apartment the same way she found it. Spotless. I do not know the Supervisor Kevin as he is new here.

It's in a terrific neighbor surrounded by beautiful golf courses and scenery. Couldn't find a nicer complex for the value.

The first time I was shown the property, I knew it was home for me. I had to wait to be 55 but it was worth it. I recommend Deer Valley not for a cash reward but because I believe it's one of the best.
Comfortable. Promotes a feeling of a safe environment. Attentive management when needed. All-in-all a pleasant atmosphere. Only drawback: no washer and dryer in apt. So, I would have to inform especially if traipsing and lugging laundry would be a hindrence.
I would and do recommend deer valley to all my friends and family and anyone else looking for a excellent place to live only thing is the parking they are not assigned and sometimes it is hard to find a covered spot near your apartment Manage iamd maintenance are all wonderful people
I really like living here. I have already recommended my sister move here and she has and she loves her apartment.. the gardens are clean, quiet, safe, and the landscape is very nice. I love the swimming pool and although I do not partake in the clubhouse activities, it is nice that they are available for those who wish to do so...
I'm not able to be out & involved a lot, but I have some good friends here and everyone I see smiles and waves in passing. Its quiet & feels very safe. Grounds are beautifully kept. :-)
