Available for rent? Almost never

I’m unsure why this property continues to be listed on this site considering the fact that it’s almost NEVER available. The property manager is no help and does not provide any helpful information. Poor customer service for the few times I’ve gotten to speak with her ( at times she does not even pick up calls or return them even if you leave a voicemail inquiring about vacancies. It’s misleading to continue posting the listing when nothing is vacant.

HORRIBLE went down hill fast

This used to be a nice place to raise your family. Boy has it changed. Management doesn't care. People can smoke in there apartments and make other residents sick and landlord and management doesn't care what so ever. They used to do upkeep with rocks around the place and parking barriers but don't put those out anymore. Dog poop all over. It is not a good place to raise a family anymore. PLEASE be careful if you have kids and are thinking of renting here.

Deer Run

We are located in a quiet neighborhood with lovely trees all around. The playground is great for the kids and is well maintained. Close to everything yet just a little off the beaten path.

Great Place to Raise a Family

Spacious 2 bedroom upper with vaulted ceilings. Private entryway makes it feel like my own home. Tons of closet space with a storage unit on the balcony. Winter or summer there are kids playing outside in the courtyard area, complete with park equipment or in the yard playing a pickup game of football or baseball. Quiet, safe, family living in a community setting. Welcome home, welcome to Deer Run Apartments!

Didn't qualify

I went to see this apartment, but before I could even get to see it, I found out I didn't qualify because I made too much.
