Deer Park Crossings

I will say, the property in itself is nice. The disappointing factor is how management interacted with me. I raised a concern, they dragged it on for 3 months before they tell me they can't resolve the issue and the best part is, when they did they blamed me for having, "unrealistic expectations" as opposed to taking accountability for the timeframe it took. No resident should have to experience this or be talked to in this manner. Just tell me you can't meet my expectations (which are more than reasonable based on the advice I received from others in the industry). Be professional about it. Don't be rude and insult the person who's giving you their business. Just classless behavior for an apartment complex that prides themselves in being high-end luxury apartments. Just my opinion.

Sold our house and thought we would only be a few months. After a few months we sign for a full year. Loving it. The amenities are great - gym, pool, dog park, community grills and the clubhouse room are awesome. We even rented out the clubhouse for a small event and people were impressed. Rentals feel brand new, spacious, nice size balcony. Can't beat the location. Grocery stores within 5 minutes, restaurants and shopping right across the street, great trails to walk and bike. The girls in the office are so helpful and nice. Maintenance team always friendly. Very happy we are parking here for a while!

Have lived for a while and love it! Looked at a lot of places in the overall area before meeting the staff here and touring several units. Had to wait for exactly what I wanted but everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

Great staff works as a well oiled machine with prompt response to any maintenance issues. On-site management a huge plus. Modern apartments with open floor plans are spacious and well appointed. All this and a great location!!!

I have been living in Deer Park Crossing since its opening four years ago. I absolutely love living here. The management and custodial staff offer exceptional service. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the residents have a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. The amenities are endless. From the pool, clubhouse, and gym, to the dog park, all are luxurious and kid friendly, I honestly couldn’t have a better living experience. Oksana

My husband and I decided to rent at Deer Park Crossing while we were looking for a home to buy. We are enjoying living here so much that we have decided to put house shopping on hold. With the great amenities, the friendly staff and residents, and being located so close to shopping, we are happy where we are. I would highly recommend Deer Park Crossing.

Great apartment. Full sized washer/dryer in an elevator building. Walking trails plus many amenities. Staff super. Provides knowledgeable and helpful assistance. Facilities management demonstrates their appreciation by bringing in various services and activities to make it a very pleasant place to live.

This property feels like a "staycation". Everything you need is within the property, as well as, ample shopping within walking distance. This has been a great experience living here. The entire staff is amazing. If you want a new home with ZEN, this is the place for you.

When I was looking for apartments in the area I had trouble finding a building that had been built/refurbished(nicely) in the past few years. The moment I tour the facility I immediately knew that DPC was going to be the place I set up shop for a while. The set up of the buildings is great all the neighbors I have been around are friendly and non problematic. However one of the best aspects of this place is not the facility or it’s amenities but rather the management and the service staff. They’re all extremely nice and easy to work with. I bet you would have a hard time finding a problem that Chrissy couldn’t handle. Love this place!

I've been a resident for 1.5 years and it has been a wonderful place to live. The amenities, property management staff, maintenance, neighbors, walking paths, dog friendly and being walking distance to Deer Park Mall have made this an ideal place to live.

We needed a place to live once we relocated from the UK. Deer Park was recommended too us. It has not disappointed. The apartment is lovely and feels like home. Underground car parking is great. Dog friendly complex is fab. The Deer Park staff from the ladies in the office, maintenance guys who are superb and even the cleaning staff of the apartment blocks are just lovely. Everything is kept clean. The amenities are brilliant. The swimming pool, gym and even having the Amazon delivery hub is great. Everything has been thought of. Plus the buildings are secure. Highly recommend living here!!!

The difference is clear here. Its clean and lovely to look at, but the staff is so inviting and warm, easy to talk to, and treat you like family. This place is meant for people who want to come 'home.'

Everything is clean and well maintained. Both the office staff and maintenance are so friendly and attentive. The dog park is a huge bonus! We have had really amazing food trucks visit, making dinner a breeze. We are so happy here!

Carly and Chrissy are the one of many reasons that makes me want to extend the lease. The staff is really good, so good you won't find in a regular setting in an apartment complex. I forget about all my problems and focus on my work like no apartment gave me strength and ability to work from home alone above all odds of uncertainty. Carly and Chrissy they are very good at what they do.

We needed someplace to call "Home" for about six months while we moved out of our home of 27 yrs. and wait for our new home to be built. From our initial conversations with Chrissy in the office as we were inquiring about the options available at Deer Park Crossings to our first week here, we feel 'at home' but also kind of 'on vacation'?? The heated garage spaces are a bonus... the fast and always available elevators, the clean smell on the garage floor level (despite it also being near the garbage), the resident appreciation goodies, the over all friendliness of all the staff... oh and the luxury touches of the apartment itself--high- end appliances, fixtures and counter tops...we are thinking we could "live" here not just stay here??... we are grateful to call this Home even if it's just for a while! Deer Park Crossing has in many ways exceeded our expectations. The modern apartment that we have comes with a beautiful third floor view of the area. Some of the other benefits are the underground parking, the friendly pet policy with dog park, Amazon package lockers, electronic pick-up, clean building, quick management response to various issues, and the spacious clubhouse with pool. Can't beat it!!

Excellent apartment complex. The building is managed by some very friendly and attentive staff. Any issues are dealt with promptly and the building is kept clean and surrounding landscape is beautifully maintained. The units are modern, clean and look like new. I would definitely recommend. Also, location is ideal because it is close to shopping and restaurants.

We live in a corner unit 2.5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Really new and beautiful! Everything is the newest and nicest appliances, cabinets and interior finishes. Beautiful pool in the summer outdoors. Gorgeous clubhouse and workout rooms. Very clean. A very nice community with good people. Very very nice leasing staff! They know everyone and always friendly! The best choice around foe this type of living.

We live in a one bedroom apartment on 1st floor, it is modern, spacious and very beautiful. Very dog friendly, pretty much everyone here has a dog or two ????, dog park right next to our building which is very convenient for everyone that does have dog(s). Everyone here is extremely friendly and welcoming. Pool is gorgeous with a fire pit facing the wetlands, just lovely! The club house is primo with work out room and a separate room for yoga/cycling. Very modernized and did I say beautiful. Very happy to be living here in Deer Park Crossing.

I would give it a 10 if they could get on the top floor. Otherwise the noise above each unit is a major issue. Never had this in any other unit I rented,

Exceeded our expectations. Great environment and amenities. Relocating back to the suburban Chicago area and viewed several apartment communities. Yours was the best balance of price, location, amenities, shopping, entertainment, and access to highways and public transport. The Office/Leasing staff, Chrissy and Carly, were wonderful!! Looking forward to settling in!!

I am fine with dogs, but do not currently have one. They are a very real and large part of the complex.o

I love that it'??s new. Location is terrific. Only thing is it is more costly. For some friends, they just can'??t afford it. But the ones that can, it'??s really a great apartment living.

Amazing upgrades and ameneties, price is a bit steep compared to similar places in the area.

recommend using more sound proof construction. Considerable noise from floor above. Front office should be more upfront about the number of dogs in the building. Dog owners and non-dog owners do not mix well. I love dogs but they require special attention witch is not always provided by owners.

Other then the high rent and the view, this place is amazing. Very clean. It has every amenity that I love. Pool, fire pit, dog friendly, workout room, activities for the residents. I am going to be living like a princess the next 14 months. Very excited to start my new life

Could not have piucked a better apartment. Staff is wonderful, apartment is new, and location is great.

I’ve already tried to get my friends to consider moving to Deer Park Crossing- not only are the apartments great and at a fair price, the staff is amazing. I called and came in multiple times with many questions and the staff was always so helpful and cheerful each time. I’ve visited other apartments comparable to Deer Park Crossing in price and ammeneties, but the staff here’s is what really convinced me that Deer Park Crossing was the best place to go with.

You need to find a better option to remove the snow, being woken up at 4am everytime it snows is not right. I wish the community offered more activities to meet other residents. The fitness center could use online fitness classes like well beats or the mirror.

If you are looking for a premium/luxury place to live, this is where you want to be. It is perfect for upscale clients.

If you want to be in this neighborhood, you can't beat the Crossings.

The leasing office did a good job of relaying my concerns about noise in the attic to the maintenance personnel and it was quickly resolved, thank you!

It's very welcoming, “homey”, clean, great ammentities, gorgeous views on the balcony, and a place I look forward coming home to after work.

I think you guys have literally thought of everything! Thank you for not just being pet-tolerant, but actually being pet-FRIENDLY! The dog park and bath are an incredibly thoughtful addition to the property. Your move-in specials were great as well. Also, Carly in the leasing office was SO sweet! She was extremely responsive to my emails and questions after the tour, and provided me with the information and tools I needed to complete the application process seamlessly. My son, dog, and I are very excited to be moving in February!

Sarah played a huge role in my decision to want to apply here. In comparison to other showings I had elsewhere, she was very friendly and enthusiastic about the community. She did a great job.
