Our community would like the administration to empathize with the issues that affect our daily lives; as well as that they do not have the doors open like a church 24 hours a day, giving us insecurities. In 14 months the air conditioners have not been serviced, the water is not drinkable due to lack of maintenance on the facilities and the trash valet is too irregular not to mention the latest ridiculous regulations.

We rented this apartment sight unseen. I moved here for work and the most important thing for me was that I be close to my job so I don’t have to commute.. so I narrowed it down to 2 complexes I chose decorum for several reasons; the main one was Alana. She was so kind of listening to all of my questions she kept me up to date with everything and made the application process a breeze. After we arrived here (a long drive with a u haul) we couldn’t believe how beautiful the place is in person. The apartment itself is lovely and very spacious(don’t love the floors but they work especially with a dog), the kitchen is HUGE for a 1/1 and I have ample storage but the main thing that sells this place Are its amenities and the fact they maintain it well. There are more maintenance staff here than anywhere I’ve ever lived and you always see them hard at work. A few other things to note: safety: this complex is very safe and has a nice feel to it; very well lit at night. The porch is screened in (a must in Florida) and complex feels like a resort!!!! Also everyone I’ve encountered at the office was equally as nice and accommodating. I love love love Decorum and I am extremely happy with my choice!!!! Totally recommend this place!!!!

Decorum was indeed a blessing for us. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and workout gym. My daughter and I had free water arobic lessons, which was great! The walking trail along the lake will always be memorized because of the beautiful yellow butterflies and lovely landscaping. The staff was especially kind. Thanks Decorum for a great stay.

Decorum cant seem to afford their luxury amenities anymore. Maintenance breakdowns are blamed on politics, along with them raising rent as services are reduced. If you move here get everything in writing, then prepare for litigation when management decides to ignore their lease

Decorum is a great place to live. Kitchen is beautiful and functional. The landscaping is lush. Hot water is readily available. The balcony is screened in. We love the elevator and the hotel-style cart to bring things up to our apartment.

Luxury community is a joke…everything seems to need constant repair. Gates never work and they leave them open, pool issues, and thefts in mail room are constant. This is not a safe gated community. Car break ins and thefts, strangers lurking around buildings, and parking is impossible for any resident near their building. The inside construction is appealing at first look, move in and you see the craftsmanship is poor and cheap. Many residents feel as I do. You address issue and you are ignored.

We weren’t aware of any resident who is unhappy, and we always welcome the opportunity to hear concerns and address them individually. We have the gates open M-F from 9-6 p.m. during our business hours. The rear gate is blocked off as we await parts for repair. We have found that most of the packages are misplaced, but residents typically find them. If that isn’t the case for you, please let us know. Unfortunately, the entire area was hit with car break-ins last week. The police department has asked us to remind residents not to leave valuable items in their cars – so thieves aren’t tempted. We always have new faces in and around our community so often it is a new neighbor you may see. Our doors/email/phone are always open so we would love the opportunity to speak with you.
My wife and I recently sold our home in Naples Florida and have a dual residency the other in California. We both agree living at Decorum has exceeded our expectations putting to bed our sellers remorse. Living here is like beingin a five star hotel.

Do not lease here!!! Trash will just sit outside your apartment. The pool will be freezing with no heat pump and the water pressure is awful.

Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I regret to hear that you are having trouble with trash. If you would like to contact the office to discuss further, we would be happy to talk with you about your issue. I am not sure the last time you were at the pool, but the heater has been fixed since Dec. 29th so I hope you will have a chance to check that out. In regard to the water pressure, water pump boosters were installed at the time of construction to aid in water pressure issues. Unfortunately, low water pressure is something that has affected the city of Fort Myers and with all of the growth and building that has made it worst. We look forward to making the rest of your stay at Decorum a memorable one.

Decorum is a lovely place to live. But, they are renting to some residents that think this is a Frat house! Staff does try to help, but some residents just dont care about following their lease agreement. Also, extra parts for equipment, amenities should be on hand. Things do break, and might be fixed sooner if extra parts were on hand. Decorum has a great staff!

Had an amazing experience at decorum I love the amenities and the staff was also super nice and helped me out a lot especial Ken one of the staff members there helped me lease my first apartment very grateful for him I recommend him 100 percent if your looking to lease there he was very helpful .

I unfortunately am a current resident & my advice is that If you're considering this place -stay away!! Absolutely horrible - all their shiny marketing & slick tours mask what its really like here. Everything is a lie -"gated" community where the gate is always open or malfunctioning & even when it works it's useless because several cars can follow you right in. Plenty of crime - there have been 2 cars stolen, several vandalized or broken into & at least 1 was hit in lot while parked with over $5000 of damage. There has also been a stabbing & many noise violations & domestic disputes. And this is just within the past 6 months!!! If you need any kind of maintenance be prepared to wait a month for them to come when you're not home & then say "no repair needed". And the pest control we pay for has never been done ever since I moved here 6 months ago so there are ants everywhere. The "amenities" they advertise are unusable - the dog park is a mud pit with dog waste all over, the grills are hazardous because they aren't maintained properly so they have burned almost every resident -some severely, nobody picks up after their dogs so there is dog waste everywhere- on the elevators, sidewalks, in front of the buildings -but management chooses not to do anything about it. Oh and the "restricted breeds" -pitbulls, doberman, german Shepards are obviously not enforced because there are tons of them here. If you have a small breed dog I wouldn't advise bringing them here since they won't be safe from all the large aggressive dogs here. The tenants that cause problems are allowed to continue their bad behavior without any repercussions by management- loud music, tons of guests, trashing the clubhouse & pool areas- but never any violations issued!! They have destroyed the beverage machine, the quates table, make messes without cleaning up at clubhouse & at pool. The pool area is poorly maintained - there are ants everywhere & the chairs are covered with mildew & stains. And now they're raising our rents 15%!!! There are many other apartments here in Fort Myers so I can honestly say that any of them are a better choice than here. In fact it is such a disappointment here that I probably won't even wait until my lease is up to get out of here!!

It has been a very pleasant experience living here me and my family move around a lot and In our so far short time here weve enjoyed it a lot! There are always little things that happen but no place is perfect! And thats the way it should be, they always strive to improve which is whats important to us.

Unfortunately that does mean that sometimes we have to say goodbye to them when they are promoted. Decorum has been a great place to live so far. The apartment itself is beautiful and allows a great amount of natural light. The amenities are incredible and the location is perfect!

Decorum's maintenance and leasing staff are awesome! They have always been quick to respond to work orders and are very pleasant in the process. The community is beautiful and relatively quiet for an apartment complex. The amenities are always clean. However, the entrance/exit gate hardly ever works. It stays open until about 6pm each day, and even when it's supposed to be shut, the wind either blows it open or something malfunctions - plus, it stays open long enough that 3-4 cars can squeeze in behind you. If a gated community is a must for you, this complex may frustrate you. I've never felt unsafe in the community, but the gate situation frustrates me when I know the cost of the complex is largely due to it being a "gated community".

Hello, my name is Matthew ward my girlfriend Cynthia moved in here last August. We liked the community and how it was designed. Everyone here is very nice and professional and the maintenance very nice and professional as well. The amenities you love Big gym, a big pool, a big clubhouse, and also riding bikes is a high plus and tennis courts lots room to run/walk it's a great community and I'm sure once you will see it you will want to move here as well.

Rude staff, mail stolen, amenities shut down for months, gates broken for months, pool is never cleaned, cops here every other night with lies told about the reasons.

Leasing office responsiveness, noisy neighbors and apartments, gates never work, grills in kitchen area haven’t worked since we moved in, residents smoking, residents not cleaning up after pets, rules never enforced. Even if COVID didn’t exist there are some families that bring at least 20 people to pool during the summer without anyone saying anything even though security was hired. Maximum is 2.

Hi, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. We do strive to repair things as quickly as possible when the break and getting the right grill parts has posed a challenge. The security person was hired to assist in enforcing the rules. It's disheartening to hear that was not the case. Thank you for brining it to our attention.
Beautiful new apartment complex with great amenities. Love the car wash on the grounds. Apartments are roomy, nicely decorated and comfortable. Grounds are always kept up. It's amazingly peaceful due to solid concrete walls and hurricane windows.
