Beautiful apartments inside and the front buildings are well taken care of. Horrible communication to/from management company very reactive instead of proactive in any way. Ive never been so disappointed in my life with management.
So far nice experience. I liked the ventilation of the apartment. Will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
My request for service is often handled most professionally and on very timely manner.

I wish to commend the new management and staff of Brickstone at Maitland for the quality work and professionalism that they have shown in carrying out their functions. With his open door policy, Mr. Carter addresses each concern on a timely manner and have already seen some physical upgrade to the grounds of the Community.

There has been some improvements since the the new owners took over. The maintenance staff is need to be commended for their timely response to the needs of residents. Management has been very cooperative and I can see some improvements overall
Just moved in and so far everything is great we have no complaints. We are grateful and excited about our new journey in our new home !

Brickstone staff made the move in process so easy and efficient!! Cecili always gave us her best and helped us from the first phone call! Derek the maintenance man is by far the best I have ever dealt with and his work is superior!

Maintenance staff is great. But community lacks parking and current package service (Luxor) is terrible.
I am not fond of the new management team. The maintenance team does not seem to know what they are doing. Derek the maintenance guy seems to be the only one to know what he is doing and accuratly.
Brickstone Maitland Summit is a great community! I have lived here for 4 years and have never had any issues that couldn't be resolved. The community is clean, respectful, and road access is close to all major roadways. I chose Brickstone over the other communities because the office staff were personal and did not treat me like the other community staff in the area. Cost of living is also relevant for unit sizes and accessibility.
You live here. Not bad, but not the worst. Communication between management and residents could improve.
Excellent experience with the professionalism of the Management team and their response to raised concerns and resolving issues. Despite restrictions with COVID-19: they were able to navigate through application process and communicate well. Excellent improvement of apartment condition at rental! Hope their effort will continue in improving quality of living in the community!

My friend and I are relocating from out of state, and went to visit this property on Saturday 2/8, around 10:30AM. We were really surprised at the unusually large number of cars parked around the leasing office. The young lady in the office was very nice, but explained that there isn't enough parking on property for the residents. She explained that the community has one dedicated space per unit, and a rule of one car per lease holder. I was really surprised that even with this strict rule, parking is still an issue. Having two cars, I had to immediately strike this community off my list. Upon checking Google Earth, I found it very peculiar that parking was such an issue. It gives the impression that management is not enforcing parking rules, or the community is poorly designed, and has a disproportionate amount of units to parking spaces. Either way, it seemed as though the other more affordable communities in the area were better options. Management should really have parking arranged so that there is one dedicated parking space per bedroom, and then designate an overflow parking area, and tow any cars not parked in appropriate areas. As a potential new resident, this was a HUGE turn off.

Theres a raccoon problem getting in trash and leaving it everywhere. My dog has been sick multiple times from bones left all around the complex. The management team did not have the grass cut weekly in the summer leaving the grass shin high. Emails were sent to clean up after your pet but bags have been empty for weeks. Maintenance is rude and does a half way job. Management does not answer the phone. Parking is a nightmare and valuable spots are taken my vehicles with flat tires, no license plates, and parked on the street around a dangerous curve.
I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, primarily Armani who catered to me and was nothing but professional.
Arium Maitland Summit has been awesome. When we first came to check out the community, we were shown kindness and professionalism. Hasn't changed. The day we moved in, coming from another city hours away, it was a simple process. The apartment was clean with all new appliances! Any maintenance has been taken care of quickly and our neighbors are all quiet. Location is great too - close to grocery stores, hospitals, I-4, etc. and still quiet and out of the way. About 20-ish minutes to downtown and about 30 minutes to Disney unless it's 5-o-clock!
Love the community, but maintenance need to do better.

I love living here! It is a quiet community. Maintenance is super responsive and quick. The leasing agents are friendly, helpful and professional. My 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is absolutely gorgeous! The only reason I am not rating a 10 is because the walls are thinner than other apartments I have lived in.
Arium Maitland Summit is an established and clean apartment complex in an amazing location! Staff is very helpful, apartments are both high quality and thoughtfully laid out.

We were extremely upset with the way they handled things here and thankfully never ended up moving in!!! We paid our 150$ to hold our rent price and apartment that we wanted, then 2 weeks later they called us saying they had to increase the price 150$! Talked to the manager and he wouldn't honor our rent that we paid 85$ for and they wouldn't refund our money...so rude and unprofessionall!!! Be careful because they will steal your money or change things last minute!!!
Have paid on time, in full for years. Recently they overcharged me by $300.00 (their mistake). Now they are dragging their feet in refunding the amount stating "we need your banking information". That's odd...they sure enough had my banking information when they took out too much in the first place.
Do not waste your time here. They charge you extra if you put out your trash before 8pm! They constantly send nasty emails, and charged me 1000$ when I moved out for fake damages. I only stayed there maybe 10 nights in the two months I had it because of my job. It was barely lived in! Beware!
The Estates are 15 mins from everything in the Orlando area, are SUPER dog-friendly, and have a superb staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Spacious floor plans that provide a bang for your buck!
