The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Davis Creek
We were helping a friend who was buying a mobile home in Davis Creek. During the process we needed to interact with Esther, the manager of the park. We found her to be friendly and extremely competent. During our interactions she was well prepared, which made everything easy to accomplish. The park is clean and orderly.
The property manager, Esther, was absolutely amazing throughout my time living here. She was always available and always helped whenever needed. I forgot my keys multiple times and she was always right there ready to assist me. The area is very clean and quiet. I am a young female and felt very safe on the property. Great air conditioning and amazing to have my own parking space every time I came home. Definitely the best place in Davis to live. I lived in 4 different places throughout my time at Davis, and I would only recommend Davis Creek!
The property manager Esther is amazing! She made my experience that much better. Good place to live, nice and quiet neighborhood.
Today, Esther made time on her busy day to introduce my boyfriend and I to Davis Creek. She gave us an amazing tour of the mobile home and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Esther was super friendly and down-to-earth. We loved how there’s no carpet in the mobile home and how spacious it is. The finishings are very modern and the whole unit is brand new! The air conditioning was great. After some time, you wouldn’t notice the sound of the fan. There’s plenty of parking spaces available and this would be a great place to study because of how quiet the neighbors are! This is by far the best offer for a college student on a budget. It is also very close to UC Davis, which is a plus for me!
I moved here from San Diego. This was my first place I rented, and I love it. All the upgrade,One of my favorites is the flooring. I make a fast clean up. I love how I can get to all the places I need to go and I no longer have to pay a gym membership fee or the gas in my car. Esther is the manager, who always have a smile on her face. I go to school and intern nearby which made this Mobile home park the best locale for me. but I have never lived anywhere, where the rent did not go up at least once a year, If you are looking for a great place, where you can study, work and live without a bunch of craziness, this is the place. LOVE Love it here.
I called and spoke with Esther and her enthusiasm over the phone was matched in person. Esther was very professional and kind. The Davis Creek Community is beautiful and so conveniently located in Davis. The apartment homes are “NEW” with a more than expected design. The amenities are up to date and my parent being at Davis Creek more than a month has been “Awesome”. Esther and staff are responsive and very personable. Thank you Esther and Team for making my parents experience the “Best”. I highly recommend to visit Davis Creek in person to take in the experience!
For a Brazilian couple looking for a quiet, cozy new home, finding the Davis Creek Mobile Home was a wonderful surprise. It is a perfect distance to UC Davis and has many other conveniences. The management team warmly welcomes all the new tenants always willing to help with kindness and sweetness. A wonderful experience for anyone that need find a “home, sweet home” in Davis.
This place does not behold Davis values. The landlord is cutting down every tree. She refuses to even consider a recycling program, despite having been offered no-cost options. She pretends to be interested in our suggestions, but she's full of excuses. Oh, and if you like having no water at random spurts, this place is definitely for you. If you're from Death Valley, you'll feel right at home here.
5 year's ago this place was not at it's best, however today it's awesome place to call home. Ester is really friendly and so is all the crew working. You use to be not to able to go for a walk in the night time but when Ester took charge and changed it so much for the better so you can go for walks at night. Overall the one thing I would change is maybe upgrading swings and stuff.
Davis Creek is a real up and coming community. I've lived her since 2010 and ever since the new owners and management took over a few years back the park has changed dramatically. If you ask me it's the best area in town to live but don't just take my word for it, come and see for yourself! Its right down the street from Safeway and in biking distance to the campus for those attending the University. If you simply like going on bike rides; Downtown Davis is also in biking distance when the mood strikes you. Good management is hard to find but Esther is one of a kind; Always busy taking care of business but never to busy to sit down and talk to her residents listening to any issues, concerns or suggestions they might have. If she's not in her office she's never too far away, you might find her on her purple cruiser trying to save time by getting to her next destination just a little quicker. Keep up the good work Ma'am! ~Lazarus A.
Management is so friendly and so willing to help. Answered all my questions. Showed me all the new homes and apartments. They've turned this park into a beautiful place to live. It's a nice little community to live in. The pool and laundry area are so clean along with the grounds. Can't wait to move here!!!
This trailer park is horribly mismanaged. I've lived here for 4 years and the neighborhood has gone steadily downhill for the past 2. A quick drive through the park will make it clear that maintenance is being neglected. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
