Fargo’s Stone Bridge neighborhood is roughly five miles southwest of Downtown Fargo along I-29 and a block west of the Red River. Stone Bridge is ideal for those working at the nearby Microsoft Corporation, located directly south of the neighborhood, or at Essentia Helth-Fargo, located on the north end of Stone Bridge. Apartments in Stone Bridge are just six miles south of North Dakota State University, making it a terrific location for students, as well. Stone Bridge provides a beautiful community, adjacent to Brunsdale Park and minutes from the Fargo Country Club.
Most of the shops and restaurants in Stone Bridge are located along 32nd Avenue, the neighborhood’s northern border. Take I-29 north about three miles to the West Acres Regional Shopping Center, the nearest indoor mall. The Red River is lined with parks, providing a terrific place to enjoy Fargo’s natural beauty.

Property Ratings at Dakota Park Apartments
I didn’t really know what to expect when visiting a unit at this property. Their website and listings do not provide many pictures or available layouts. That said, I kept an open mind and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, I was very underwhelmed by what was shown to me. The unit had NO special features, it felt very generic and outdated. I could not find anything in the unit or on the property to justify the steep asking price currently listed.

We regularly research the current market to provide fair rental rates for our apartments, including all of the special features we feel Dakota Park has to offer (full-time office, housekeeping & maintenance staff (including 24-hour emergency maintenance), underground parking, central air/heat in every unit, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, community room (with a pool table). I lived here for a bit over 2 years, and during that time I had nothing but an overall good experience. The apartment itself was in very good condition, and requests to fix anything were responded to quickly. Management was very good and I never had any issues with them. There is a dedicated package room in the front office now so packages won't ever get stolen. For the price, you gets lots of space, and the central heating/AC works very well both for how hot and how cold it can get in this area. I highly recommend this place for people looking to move into the area.

My family & I lived in the Dakota Park apartments for a few years. We loved it!! There are secure access doors to get in. Along with cameras throughout the whole apartment complex. We Always Felt safe! The apartment living was very nice! Our apartment building was nice & quiet. If anything needed fixing Maintenance was there the Next day. Friendly neighbors. Dakota park staff worked really heard to have the apartment complex clean inside & outside. As packages came in through online orders they would keep them in the office so people would not take them. (Grateful for them to do this because other apartments don’t do this) They go above & beyond. The office staff are so kind, any questions or concerns we had they were able to answer & take care of right away. They also know Who you are & your family. We Never felt like we were “just renters” to them. We felt appreciated! They kept up on snow removal, have- underground parking, outside garage, workout room, pool/ sauna, & community room I could go on & on about how Great Dakota Park apartments are! I rate them 11/10 stars. I Always recommend them to any of our friends & family who are looking for an apartment. Dakota Park apartments is my #1 choice in Fargo for apartment living.
I loved living at Dakota Park. It was peaceful, well kept, fast maintenance, good facilities and friendly staff. No problems during our 21month stay. We had a corner apartment that had a lot of windows and was very quiet. Snow removal was very good.
Perfect if you work at the hospital just to the north. They are still working on getting back to where they were before the recession hit. For the most part, the remaining employees are courteous and helpful. The exercise rooms have new equipment and the guest visitor apartments have been remodeled with new furniture. There is a small pool, hot tub and sauna available. It is a bit expensive compared to comparable units in the city. but you pay for the convenience of walking distance to 2 hospitals, and a small shopping center with a grocery store and several popular fast food restaurants.
Dakota Park Apartments is a quiet, clean and calm place to live. It's an easy place to live because of the 24-hour management, maintenance and cleaning staff. Because of the 24-hour staff, it gives me a HUGE peace of mind. Also, the amenities at Dakota Park are a major plus!
