Property Ratings at Cypress Pointe
Being an older retired couple my wife and I found the perfect place for ourselves. We are within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, our doctor's office and the hospitals. The office personnel are kind and courteous besides being professional. The maintenance people are friendly and do an amazing job of keeping the grounds, pools and tennis courts cleaned and manicured. Any problem in the apartment it is taken care of in more than a reasonable amount of time. This is more like a single family neighborhood than an apartment complex. i
These are the perfect apartments for a small military family, or anyone else that needs to commute to the city or base. The distance is just so that you can easily make it into work while being far enough away. Plus you are close to local attractions and parks.
