Terrible management that does not care about their tenants. Maintenance requests never get done, literally never, not even a matter of weeks either. Nothing gets done maintenance wise. Other tenants here are also inconsiderate and are nuisances, which management refuses to address or resolve. Rent elsewhere and stay away from anything CLK Management.

We appreciate your feedback, but we want to clarify that we do take tenant concerns seriously. While we strive to address maintenance requests in a timely manner, there are often multiple factors involved. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues and hope you'll contact our office in the future.
There are nominally 2 pools on the property but the second pool stays permanently closed. The pool next to the front office is the only pool, and there are no bathrooms at the pool. You have to walk home to your apartment to use the bathroom. Additionally, the front office does not send e-mails to residents when the only pool is out of service. You might have a pool day planned in the middle of the summer and upon arriving at the pool, it is closed for maintenance for the whole week, with no communication to residents when it closed or reopens.

This is the third time this private community has been vandalized, the third time they broke the windows of my truck and many other residents? Management fails to place cameras, there is not even one camera and they don’t care , police come and they do nothing , they know nothing this is shameless!!!

Contacted several time about the same problem and never fixed the problem over almost a year.
Refused to properly take care of mold. Was called and emailed multiple times and mold was found every time.
They refuse to do anything about noise complaints after hours. If you’re a long term resident you’re basically stuck with deteriorating carpet and living conditions. I’ve had mold in the bathroom that was basically painted over. The entrance gate has been broken for months and people constantly use it to exit, which is a hazard in itself. They claim to not allow disabled vehicles to be parked in the parking lot, but there are vehicles taking up spaces for months.
At these apartments you are able to gain a sense of peace knowing that your environment will be safe and pleasantly quiet. The current management/staff is tremendous with their urgency to accommodate the tenants everyday services with a genuine smile. A true Family oriented atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Cypress Lake for a year and I enjoyed everyday of it! I would probably still be there if I wasn't able to purchase my house. The staff members treated me like family. They host events throughout the year! The community was nice and peaceful. The lake is definitely an added bonus. When my roommates and I had an issue, maintenance was there asap! I was grateful to call Cypress Lake my home.

Did I mention location? This is the perfect prime location - only seconds away from the Interstate, Shopping, and Food - but very private and secluded as well. The friendly professional staff, maintenance and residents really make it a pleasure to live here. The grounds are well-kept and the lake view is AMAZING. The updated apartments are very nice and the in-unit washer and dryer are a bonus. Even the valet trash pick up person is nice and helpful. We are staying here for a few months until our home construction is complete and this transition has been very pleasant for us. I would recommend Cypress Lake as an awesome place to stay to any potential renter!

Being a resident of this community at Cypress Lake, has been a rewarding and exciting experience. I love the property and amenities that comes with it. It's also the perfect area for families, that love to have outings. The most important part of this wonderful community, is the staff. Maintenance is prompt, friendly and courteous. James and Carlton are professional and knowledgeable of their duties, providing their tenants with all around service. The ladies at the office, Brittany, Jordan and Mallory are warm, friendly and kind. They greet you once you arrive at the Office, by name and with a smile. Not only do they know your name, they also know your apartment number by heart, making your experience of paying rent and picking up packages a breeze. I'm glad that I had a chance to live at a place like this!!!!!

My husband and I moved here from Texas recently for his job we had a difficult time finding a place to call home. Most places we went wasn't friendly and community was trashy. I love how when we pulled up to Cypress Lake the ground were clean and the office staff is inviting. All the ladies spoke and introduced themselves like they knew me. I love how energetic they are and lets not forget the amenities, clean and functional for any ages. We would reccomend Cypress Lake to all our friends.

I am a current resident of this property and was a resident prior to the recent change in management. CLK took over this property about 2 or so months ago and it has been HORRID ever since. The office staff has seriously gone down; the customer service is minute to non-existent, esp the agent who sits at the front named Jas--this young lady is rude and brash, both in person and over the phone or email. Having maintenance requests filled is an impossible task with this new crew. I went back and forth well over 2 weeks to have 1 repair done--it was NEVER done. I had to make the repair myself. Excuse after excuse and never once an apology. They don't keep the grounds clean like previous management. We have ducks in our lake and with this new crew, there is constantly duck poop all along the running trail. Seriously, you can't even take a run without playing hopscotch over duck poop. The gates have been broken for over 2 weeks now, no word on when that will be fixed. All in all, the management and staff this property currently has makes living here and paying what we do a nightmare. It is a luxury apartment with luxury pricing for a reason. CLK has officially made this not worth the money, and I can not WAIT until my lease is over.
Centrally located. Two turns and 60 minutes from downtown New Orleans. Next to mall with Apple Store and great restaurant. 10 minutes from downtown but far enough so your boss won't drop by. Nice size rooms and easy to clean. Maintence crew is excellent. Sometimes they make repairs before I have chance to report them. Wood laminate floors make my life really easy because my pets are only partially trained. Walk in closet big enough for my gallery of clothes. Lots of places built in to show off my books and pretty stuff. Lots of counter space in master bath with wrap around mirrors. My patio is foot steps from a beautiful lake that didn't flood and I watched it just rise a little with Katrina/Rota/Guatav/Ike. We must be on a flight bath because we are a birders delight with all kinds of birds from cardinals, bluebirds, cranes and multiple flocks of Geese that love to be fed. In short I love it here.
Cypress Lakes Apartment is a great community to live in! They have two pools in the neighborhood and one lake with a walking trail around it! It's a beautiful view for an afternoon run. The apartment itself is very comfortable and maintaince is very attentive!
