The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cypress Grove
Imagine being scheduled to see a house and they never show up. Also, it seems that their phones only work 10 percent of the time. And when they do answer, THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE MID CONVERSATION the day of the showing. I usually don't review anything, but if you are reading this, save your time and money and go literally anywhere else. If you can't even get the management to show you the place, I can only imagine the headache you go through if something breaks in the house.
Great property - homes are beautiful and the layout is family-friendly. The attached garage is nice but doesn't have an electric door. Very quiet neighborhood, even with the construction crew. The property management team is super frustrating to deal with but overall this home is lovely.
