The apartments are good quality but the management here is the best thing about living here. Kristy one of the property managers is always able to help me and my fiancé with any problems when have. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Unsafe gym/ pool area after 5pm

3 week ago I took my kids to the pool on a Saturday evening and noticed about 10-15 guys smoking and drinking in the club house , in the gym not even working out just using the area to hangout and drink , about 20 min later they were outside by the pool doing drug deals that resulted in a fight , I had to get my kids out of there in a rush fearing for there safety , the following Friday same group of guys who look gang affiliated again just mugging everyone at the pool area making everyone feel uncomfortable, and this past weekend a fight in the gym blood all over the floor and drinking fountain , Trow up all over the hallway by the bathrooms and bottles of hard liquor, they are here every other day and security nowhere to be seen , at this rate I’ll most likely be looking to move since I don’t feel safe in this environment.

Looks decent, over priced. Neighbors had roaches and termite damage. Other neighbors have the cops coming out all the time. Haven’t moved because of how close to work it is.

I would not recommend it based on. I still have ongoing maintenance issues. Two weeks later, I have been told things will be fixed quickly, and I have not had any follow up.

Before you rent in this property ask about the parking situation. I have lived here a little over a month and I have already encountered issues. First, the parking situation and policy is a horrible. A 2 bedroom unit only gets 1 designated parking and its first come first serve basis. Parking should be the least of my concerns coming home from work and I had to come home early just so I could get a spot. There was a homeless person camping in his car on a spot across our unit. Terrible experience living here so far. I was not informed about the parking situation before leasing the apartment.

Amenities are wonderful and maintained beautifully. Unlike other similar price point communities in the area, Cypress Creek is not infested with cockroaches or rodents. Units are spacious with plenty of storage.

Great well-kept property with beautiful ambience with some setbacks, such as additional parking, homeless individuals wander onto the property causing unpleasant moments. I toured a few different apartment complexes before I visited Cypress Creek and the Service was unrivaled! The complex is clean and well maintained, staff and management are professional yet personable and the application/leasing process was fast and easy! All of my calls/emails were answered within a time manner and any maintenance concerns I had were immediately addressed. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had! I have lived at Cypress Creek for almost 4 years and I love it here. The management team responds quickly and professionally to all request and they go above and beyond to to assist their tenants. The environment beautiful and well maintained. The gym is always clean and the pool and spa are well maintained. It’s a great place for families with small children because the bus stop is at the end of the parking lot and there are a few grassy areas for the kids to play.

The apartments are decent. Management is kind. Maintenance is something that can improve when it comes to apartment appliances and general use items. Get a PO Box for all mail and deliveries. Mailboxes are not secure and due to unhomed in the area are often broken into or will never be repaired. Do not depend on parcel lockers as most delivery people will not use them and if your items are left at the door, they will not be yours for long.

Cypress Creek made it easy for the application process. Signing the lease process although I would have liked to have received a copy of this to read prior to signing. Parking can be a hassle if you don't have reserved parking stalls. Other than this everything has been good. Only apartment complex I've been to where they actually answer calls, emails and follow up on requests without me having to remind them.

Do the searches yourself: Cypress Creek apartments are the only apartments that have the amenities you are looking for. In unit laundry, fireplaces, hardwood floors, recently renovated, quiet neighborhood, pet friendly and great office staff.

The pipes are terrible, homeless people are constantly walking the grounds (and living just 100 yards away) and the management team are brisk at best and often downright rude.

As a resident, I am satisfied with living here. The size and design of the apt is lovely and adequate. It is convenient to work. But it would be hard to justify recommending to a friend because I know they would be priced out of their unit within a year or two.

Initially, I loved my apartment and moving here, convenient to work. But, the annual increases and cost of living just leaves me resentful and worried about how long I'll be able to keep up with your increases. No one wants to move every two years.
