The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at CWC Community Within the Corridor
The neighborhood is horrible, the neighbors are loud, shooting is all you hear, drugs being sold across the street. Loud music.. their is also lots of homeless ppl walking around as well, this building is not worthy of the price
I was promised at least 5 times someone would call me back. Zero people ever actually called me back. Email communication wasnt much better, I feel like I had to chase down every simple response. Was in the application period for nearly a month. During that time I was approved for 2 different rent rates, and after asking for clarification many times was finally told three days before my move in date, I actually didnt qualify at all! After being told I was approved, suddenly finding out I dont have a place to live is awful. I wouldnt apply here at all, and if you do, make sure you have a backup plan. Terrible communication, terrible lack of transparency, you can tell they dont care about tenants AT ALL. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Have not been able to get ahold of anyone via phone or email. Decided to take a drive to the building itself and hopefully speak with someone in person. Was maybe about 15 minutes away and quickly realized the neighborhood is not good at all. Upon arriving at the building there was construction all over the place. The building is still being built! In no way shape or form did it look ready for this Summer. As my title says - more like Summer 2023. Explains why nobody is responding to us period.
How can we rent an apartment when no one responds to calls, texts, emails, messages directly sent from website, etc. been trying to get in contact with ANYONE since April. It says apartments are available today but we can’t get in contact with anyone to verify anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous considering this place JUST opened. Why would you submit a $35 application fee and you can’t get in contact with anyone for a tour, details, etc?
