Property Ratings at Curry Junction Apartments
These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. I’ve had nothing but problems and I’ve only lived here for 5 months. They randomly shut the water off without notice or explanation. Today the water was off for over 7 hours. I’ve been without heat before for over 3 hours when it was 17 degrees outside. The emergency maintenance number is a joke. The management is so unorganized and unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money.
Management is all over the place. Older apartments are falling apart. It is extremely hard to get a problem fixed in a timely manner (or at all). When these issues are addressed, the staff insists that it will get fixed, only to have it never addressed. The front office hours are constantly changing.
These apartments were decent for being an older complex... until they switched management about a week ago. They are terrible at their job. They don’t know anything about the apartments and it is a hassle to get even get them to fix anything. My ac has been broken for 2 weeks now and they haven’t done squat to help me. It seems like everything around me is breaking but my problems are “not priority” to the manager-her words. I DO NOT recommend moving here. I am counting down the days until my lease ends because I can’t deal with this headache anymore.
