We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, and it truly is a great community, and the staff is so kind and attentive. It isn’t perfect, of course no place is going to be, but it really feels like home.

Close to many things. Pet friendly. Amenities are okay. I wish they had a tennis court instead of two dog parks or one big dog park and more grass space for humans.

Still not worth the money to stay here with the lack of amenities and nothing included in the rent. Would be nice if you added something different. Even a small basketball court for the kids but you guys dont care.

I’ve never had a worse experience with any company in my life than I have with Morgan properties and curren terrace. It’s so moldy that I couldn’t even live there the last six months of my lease because I was so sick from the apartment (as was anyone else who stayed there). The heat and air didn’t work properly and my apartment was 90 degrees even in the winter, I went years without working washer and dryer and was only able to get a working refrigerator in a timely manner because I had cancer and my fiancée convinced them it was a severe health risk. Then when I moved out they didn’t give my security deposit back because they said they had to pay to fix all these things they refused to when I lived there. I was warned about Morgan properties and ignored the warnings… don’t make the same mistake I made!

I wish the apartment was cleaned better prior to moving in. The windows in the kitchen are filthy, the screen and within the window. Also the outside of our front door is filthy, cobwebs and dead nats. But it’s just not our door, the surrounding doors too. I found hair from the previous renters and most of it was painted over on the wall; specially in the bathroom. It’s mainly the little things that are over looked. We had a few minor issues upon moving in and it makes you wonder was it overlooked during the turnover? We hadn’t had a problem with the trash or parking. The noise hasn’t been an issue that much either. Overall it’s not amazing but not that entirely terrible too. Somewhere in the middle.

Place is nice. Hard to get something done small that you need. I’ve had my tub dripping for over a week now and I know it’s raising my water bill. I’ve talked to someone in person about it and it’s still not fixed. They probably need more staff for service calls. Have a lot of house centipedes more than anywhere I’ve ever lived before. Not a huge problem but being a young girl in my 20’s is freaks me out.

I’ve had a great time at morgan properties. The neighborhood is amazing and I love my apartment. I just wish maintence and the leasing office were a little more responsive to their residents. I understand they have plenty of residents to handle, but some maintence issues I experienced went on for months-a year. And majority were easy fixes which was the most disappointing part. I live on the first floor as well so I see a lot of bugs in my house, not sure if the extermination does much. The price is very affordable though, so I guess you get what you pay for!

Great place to live still!!! I can’t wait to renew my leases! If I could renew it for 10 years at a time I would !!! From the communication with front office on updates to the the upkeep from maintenance team just awesome! Love the fitness center need to go more lol . Still great place to be! Quiet hearing the birds in the morning to me with a cup of coffee just great. I know it simple but the fact that it’s a talking point says enough. Hopefully game room or pool would be added at some point. Even still within this community i feel those things are not necessary and are still no comparison to the level of care put in to the residents. Awesome staff!

The leasing staff was very helpful and kind when looking into this apartment. The apartment is very nice and has everything I need as a young 20 year old living on my own. The washer and dryer and the unit is a huge plus and the community is very quiet. Love my new home :)

Things have not gone so well since I moved in. Maintenance is an issue - they take forever to address a situation and when they come into my apartment, they always leave stains on the floor or on my coffee table. Also, we pay a 125 amenities fee - for what? The soccer field is dilapidated, the gym is tiny. It's expensive but when you feel money is just being thrown away it's not the best feeling.

The noise could be better, other residents like to yell loudly at all times of the day. Water also seems to be shut off pretty frequently too

Things have been on a steady incline with not many complaints just wish we had more amenities. Staff has been pretty consistent and friendly. Tickets are usually satisfied in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately, my experience with Morgan Properties and the office staff has been horrible. They do not respond to vm (Corp office included), uneducated when asked questions about leases, policies, etc. The apartment/rent is overpriced to have no updates besides a kitchen backsplash that is definitely not worth the EXCESSIVE rent increase during lease renewals. Maintenance is a joke. Coming home to no hot water during the coldest time of the year over 12 times with maintenance being unable to fix so you have to wait for contractors to come fix which extends not having hot water. I can go on.... The community is ok, quiet and neighbors are friendly.

Beautiful nice size apartment that has a washer and dryer in the unit. The best part about it is the walk in closet in the main bedroom and the many parking spaces

I had an incredible experience moving in- I was able to quickly get into an apartment. The leasing office was so helpful and flexible, they helped me with payment issues, wifi issues, and the entire process along the way! The apartments are nice and spacious, and are in a convenient location to pharmacies, grocery stores, entertainment, etc! I only occasionally hear a neighbor or a dog barking in another apartment, but it isn't super noticeable unless things are completely silent and even then, nothing has been TOO loud. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in this area.

There's a lot of noise (many neighbors will have loud noises at night when trying to sleep) and it seems like hot water is unavailable 1-2 times a month. Maintenance is always prompt and pleasant.

All the neighbors here seem very approachable and friendly. Haven't had any negative encounters. We actually became very close to one of our neighbors who is like family now.

L love Living at Current Terrance, the quietness and as a senior, I do feel safe. Great amenities . The hub where I get my packages is very safe. When my Grand children come over they reallly enjoy the playground. Thank you ?? once again for an Awesome place to live .

It's been okay. Gym being constantly out of cleaning wipes and bathrooms being broken; random water shut offs though they do send email warnings in advanced; can sometimes hear neighbours. But overall, pretty happy. Rent price is good, amenities are usually good and clean, we like our apartment and the space itself. Haven't had too many issues with things like water or heat or AC or bugs. Thanks
