Property Ratings at Cumberland Ridge
Cumberland Ridge is a beautiful-safe community with spacious modern apartments. The staff’s beyond friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions on top of planning fun activities monthly. This is the best complex in Clarksville.
Cumberland Ridge Apts are beautiful and spacious…it’s a safe and well kept community and I love living here. The staff in the office are beyond helpful and so friendly…always available to answer any questions on top of planning events for the tenants. Great apartments and a great staff.
Unprofessional and Poor Communication The management at Cumberland Ridge Apartments is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. They are unresponsive to concerns, often ignoring emails and calls, and when they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting residents with legitimate questions, they make the process frustrating and difficult. If you’re looking for a place with reliable and respectful management, I would not recommend this complex.
Great community been here for about a year now love it
I've lived here for a few years now and I've had a great experience. I haven't had issues with mold or mice. Any maintenance issue I had was fixed quickly. The area is safe and neighbors are friendly.
Moved in and found mice in the kitchen. Water leaked from the wall on multiple occasions. Mildew smell all the time and the prior tenant must have smoked in our unit because it stunk. They never brought a microwave to the unit so we had to buy our own. They never completed the pre leasing paper work and hit us up for a bill the replace the floors once we moved out and we had 0 spills or stains on them. The staff seems nice but this place is not worth the money they want and they screw you with another bill at the end.
I can not say enough positive things about living here! We rented a loft, which is completely beautiful! The pool, activities, and staff care about their tenants. The front office, are on top of things. I can not imagine living anywhere else but here. Thanks again to the front office for making our move flawless across the country!
I can't say enough about our loft, the beautiful landscape, and the staff here. Matt, who is on top of things, Angela who made our move flawless from AZ, the maintenance guys, are the best! Some of the police who live here, out of the goodness of their hearts, patrol at different hour! I don't think you find this anywhere else! Hands down the best place we have moved to!
Spacious apartments, lots of parking a great pool area and pet friendly. The staff care about each tenant and fix any problem within a day if not immediately. A 30 minute drive to gate 10 on Fort Campbell which makes it the perfect distance to get away and not have a horrible drive in. Love this place!!!
Cumberland Ridge is an oasis in an ever-growing town. Our apartment is conveniently located next to several beautiful trails, the Cumberland River, i24, APSU, and several grocery stores (Publix!). These beautiful apartments are great for active couples and families. We have a huge pool, free cable, gym, playgrounds, and a dog park. I have converted our loft into a home studio. The walls are well insulated, resulting in no complaints from the neighbors! My fiancé and I have lived in a handful of apartments around Clarksville. Cumberland Ridge is by far our favorite!
Very nice, safe apartment complex. Grounds are well kept, pool area is nice, and having a dog park area is great. Like with any apartment complex there are some noise issues but it isn't too bad. We've never had to complain about noise. Staff is friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance is friendly and quick in taking care of any issues. They do little things like handing out breakfast as you head to work sometimes, have events for residents, and trick or treating is great for the little ones at the apartment complex. Residents are given door signs to indicate participation in Trick or Treating so you aren't bothered if you don't. Most residents are respectful and friendly.
