Vermilion itself is a great town to live in. It is very walkable, dog-friendly, and there are so many cute shops. Crystal Shores apartments have been a great experience for me. The maintenance staff were quick to respond (sometimes a bit messy), the office staff was always friendly and helpful. I had no major issues while living here for the two years I was in Vermilion. There are beautiful views all around the property. I, personally did not enjoy doing laundry here, but they were working updates. I loved seeing dogs everywhere. It is quite peaceful and I definitely would recommend here.

I have lived in 2 different apartments here, I love it so much and it's so nice here that my mother and son both rent here as well, buildings and grounds are very well kept and the management and staff are very professional , friendly and helpful.

Crystal shores community is hands down the best apartment I’ve ever rented. Tina, the property manager was absolutely amazing from the start of my lease to the end of my lease. She was so helpful and informative when it came to finding the perfect unit that met my needs and budget. The maintenance staff is also the most friendliest, fastest I’ve ever experienced! If you’re looking for a safe and affordable place to rent, look no further! Crystal shores provided me with an opportunity to live in an affordable, safe, and beautiful location while also maintaining great customer service, amazing property upkeep and more!! They even had a fenced in court where I could take my dog to play and run!!

Its such a safe and protected little community! People are super friendly, the staff is phenomenal and professional- maintenance is on site and very quick to resolve issues. The property is kept up very well and throughout my time there, I felt like it was my own little oasis! It is dog friendly which was fantastic! The lake view is absolutely amazing and something you can't get is most places. I highly highly recommend - they are selective about who is allowed to join the community which is something you will come to appreciate because of how safe it really is. I can't say enough good things- this is an apartment that is run the way you want it!

I relocated to the Ohio with no knowledge of the area. Tina did a fantastic job of getting me set on a recently opened unit with only about a week of notice. I lived in the unit for about 8 months and only left after finding a home close to work. Otherwise I would have happily continued living at Crystal Shores. Good neighbors and nice community. Sam and Stanley were always ready to help if needed. If life led me back, I wouldn't hesitate to call and sign another lease.

Beautiful location in a nice town. A lot of nice people live there. Management was helpful and easy to work with and they kept the place up very nicely, inside and out. The maintenance guys were helpful and prompt with making repairs. It was one of the best places I ever lived.

Such a beautiful place to call home. From the moment we walked into the office and met Tina we felt like we were at home. The staff is super friendly and helpful with any and all needs.

Beautiful and cozy apartments. Very well maintained. Amazing staff all live on premises and are very quick to respond to any and all needs. A quick drive or a nice walk around town. So much for very reasonable pricing.

My mom lived there for 13 years and was very happy. Management and maintenance were very polite and helpful. She also had very nice neighbors, that looked out for her as she got older. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to be in Vermilion.

Crystal Shores was the perfect option for our family. We live about 4 hours south and was looking to buy a home in Vermilion but it was such a challenge. We decided to find a rental in Vermilion for us to have more time there to look for our home. Crystal Shores was the perfect location, safe for us to never worry when we wasn't there, friendly neighbors, maintenance on site and management on site was an added bonus. We was able to make our monthly payments online with reminders, and could easily schedule maintenance online if needed. Loved using the private beach there. Our utilities were also amazing, electric bill was never more than $30 a month in summer when we were there more running the AC, my internet was free with Spectrum for the first year, and trash was included. We just purchased our home 1 month after our 1 year anniversary here at Crystal Shores, so we are super sad to be ending our time here, but it was one of the best chapters in our family's story.

This has been my home since Aug 4,2020 and now moving out of state. Very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere by the shores of Lake Erie. The views of the lake are stunning and with a nice walkway leading down to the waterfront. The property is surrounded by mature trees and the sights and sounds of nature abound. The rent fees and utility cost are very reasonable especially in comparison to other properties and in this economy. The Management staff...Tina and the Maintenance crew are great.. friendly and attentive to the the apartments and the property. i have enjoyed my time here and will miss the sights and sounds of Lake Erie.

Lived there for around 2 years, very lovely place. I moved out on my own a few years ago to get a feel for living on my own, and I loved the community. The building I was in was very peaceful, never had any issues with anyone. The apartment was clean, and maintenance and management were always a pleasure to talk to whenever I ran into them while on a walk or over a phone. Definitely recommend crystal shores if u are looking for a place to live!

It was a great place to live because I was on the lake and the neighbors were super nice and I enjoyed seeing the sunset every evening and looking at the lake every day. Management was outstanding they were always there for any problem I had or to repair anything. management was awesome and it was the best place I've ever lived!

I lived in two different apartments over six years here. The property manager gets back to you promptly and the maintenance staff is very responsive. The staff is professional, honest and friendly. The apartments are within walking distance of a grocery store, several shops and an auto shop. In the time I lived here they made several updates to keep up and improve the property. If you’re looking for an apartment I would recommend them.

We lived at Crystal Shores for 7 years. I couldn't have had a better experience. Our neighbors were great at both the apartment, and our townhouse. Tina, as well as the other staff are amazing. We're definitely going to miss you guys! Love, Heather & Brian Jones ??

Can’t say enough good things about this place. You have grocery stores, a gym, and an auto shop in walking distance. This allows you to save a lot in gas. When you get your car serviced next door, you can wait at your apartment. The apartment’s radiant heat is very reliable during the cold winters and the wall mounted unit keeps the apartment cool enough during 90 degree days. The apartment is affordable while being good quality. Maintenance is responsive 24/7. I was locked out late in the afternoon and the office answered my call sending the maintenance man to unlock it for me. The apartment is on the lake making the heat more bearable during the summer. Highly recommend this place. ??

I just moved out of Crystal Shores. Tina was amazing and so understanding when I came to her about needing a place to call home. She answered all my questions and was always accommodating. Even when I told her I was leaving, she still was very understanding and helpful!!! The property is so clean, the view is amazing, the location couldn’t be any better and the people are exactly the type you want to call neighbors. I would highly recommend Crystal Shores to anyone who was looking for an apartment!!

I loved living here! Tina, Nancy, Sam and Stan were awesome! They were always very helpful when you needed anything. The lake views are just beautiful! I would come back here if I could!

I didn’t want to leave that beautiful lil place. Love the neighbors,office works, and of course Tina the property manger. Wonderful place to raise a family. I will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you crystal shores I will always love you for the memories. ????????

I have I lived here for over 10 years and I must say this place is wonderful. Some apartments sit right on the lake and some don't, but no matter what building you live in you are only a few steps away. The complex has provided plenty of benches and picnic tables for you to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets across the lake. Most of the staff live on property and have lived here for years. They take pride in calling this place home and it shows. You will always see one of them cleaning or painting something. Management is just wonderful, always available to answer or assist in any way they can. Maintenance is amazing! I have only had just a few issues over the years but they were fixed right away and fixed correctly. They have an emergency number for after hours and weekend issues. Just make a call and one of the guys shows up and deals with the issue your having. Vermilion is a great little town, it should be on a postcard. Everything you need is within walking distance. This will be the last place I will ever live, I will never move again! I just love this place and the people that live here!

This is just a beautiful place to live the scenery is beautiful and everyone is very nice. It’s perfect if you have a friendly dog as everyone here has dogs and a nice area to walk them. Maintenance is exceptional as well as the management I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else !

Was a resident for over 5 years, and it was wonderful experience. Spectacular sky views and landscaping was nicely kept. Maintenance calls were always prompt and courteous and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend if a small town feel is what you’re looking for.

My fiancé and I lived here for a 14 months lease and would have to say that we didn't have any issues. Janice, our landlord, was always nice and helpful. The area is great too. Your basically in walking distance of restaurants, fast food, and grocery stores. The only downside is the size-they are a little small and our building was right by the road instead of the water. As winter came I did start to have problems with spiders and centipedes. But I bought some bug spray for the spiders and put the plug in the kitchen sink and that seemed to really help. No loud or noisy neighbors and crime was never an issue. I've enjoyed my months living here.
