I've been here for over 4 years and it is a quiet and friendly place to live

I’ve lived hear almost 3 years and I love it. Office ladies are awesome. Very nice and helpful. Maintenance people come quickly and explain things well. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Able to have my little garden area. Neighbors are very nice.

Awesome management, they will guide you the whole way to get into your home.

Highly recommend! All the leasing staff is super helpful and sweet. On my move in day, i was running super late but the office staff stayed and waited for me. She took her time and made sure everything was all set and good to go. Super quite and friendly neighborhood.

Very nice hidden away spot. Quiet and Friendly neighborhood, and apartments were large for the price. Parking is good enough and you won't mind the walk if you have one. Awesome team here! Office and maintenance staff communicate well, and both are very responsive. We had an issue with roaches in our building we had to stay on top of but the office responded quick with pest control to help keep the situation under control, and kept coming to keep up with the issue. Great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone on a budget.

I moved here a couple years ago from Newyork. I'm retired and downsize so I wouldn't have any upkeep. I like my apartment it is very comfortable. Has lots of storage and a nice patio I sit and read out on. It's also pet friendly I walk my dog daily and it's nice having lots of shade and large area to walk him. The manager and leasing agent are Wonderful can't say enough about those girls. They go out of the way to help you. I'm happy to give a review on such a good place.

Super affordable apartments, great sizes and with lots of storage and an attic. The outdoor patios are perfect sizes, the entire complex is a shaded street and has tons of parking. The complex is right near a park, really close to tons of grocery stores. All the staff is helpful, kind and understanding. We have lived in both a studio and a one bedroom and loved both spaces. We love it here and recommend Crystal Court to everyone looking for a safe, clean complex with awesome staff.

I currently live in one of crystal courts apartments . It has been nothing but a wonderful experience. The application process is nothing but a breeze . I love were I stay at now . Melissa is the best . She will go over and beyond if you if u show interest .

Crystal Court Apartments are conveniently located for shopping at Grove Park shopping center as well as for the Polk Parkway which allows easy access to Tampa and Orlando. The apartments have great storage including a utility room with space for both a washer and dryer as well as an attic for additional storage. The management team of Lena and Melissa are very helpful. And each apartment has its own outdoor patio area. For the money, it is hard to beat these apartments

It's been my pleasure and great opportunity to live in such a clean environment with such a conscientious management team. for a medium range priced apartment complex, this is the place to be. Crystal Court is conveniently located minutes from downtown and minutes from Circle B Bar Reserve two places I frequent often. Plus, the proximity to Bartow Road and the Parkway make going anywhere simple. The apartments have a crazy amount of storage and cathedral ceilings, roomy bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. The property even has a paved walking path perfect for dog walking! I’ve lived in several apartments in Lakeland and this place has been my favorite. Management was always super responsive and are dedicated to providing residents a safe and quiet home. If I weren’t moving out of state, I would have renewed my lease yet again. A giant thank you to Lena and Melissa for taking such good care of me and Geo.

As far as apartments go this is the best one I have ever lived in. What makes it different is all one story garden apartments. You have your own private fenced in outside area. Lots of beautiful trees and they are always doing upgrades. They recently pai ted the outside of every building and soon to replace the roofs. Very quiet and well light at night.

I have been living here at Cambridge Cove Apartment Homes for approximately five years now. What drew me to Cambridge homes was the well kept and manicured lawns,which. are maintenanced weekly.It is such à convience to have access to a cumputer room as well as weight room.My most favorite is the newly re-design wi-fi adult lounge area.Any maintence concern i've had is always been dealth with prompoly.The office staff is always willing to help when ever possible.Untill God blesses me with that house,i will claim CAMBRIDGE COVE AS HOME.
