The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cru Apartments
The apartment itself is a nice size for the cost. We stay in a 2b/2ba, and we should have a bigger hot water heater for the size, but aside from that the apartment, is fair for the money. Management and maintenance on the other hand, TERRIBLE. We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. We had our central air go out in October, put in a maintenance order, now 9 MONTHS LATER, we still have no ac. We’ve been fed empty promises and endless inaccurate updates. I’ve called corporate, left a message and received no correspondence. We’ve received no efforts to remedy the situation on the property’s behalf. We bought our own window units and also never received any discounts on rent to offset the inconvenience, and the cost of purchasing and continuously running the window units. As long as nothing breaks in your apartment you’re fine.. but it’s an older property, so something will break. Find somewhere else to live. Definitely not worth the headache.
Nothing gets fixed. Wild cats everywhere. Cars get broken into. Dryers are always broken. Management is not pro active in doing anything.
