This property is not managed very well. Neighbors are super loud and I have complain but to no avail; the managers have ignored this issue from day one and I am fed up after two years. And they are not loud in a sense that they play music or TV too loud, we can’t hear sound coming from them. It’s their footsteps…they are always STUMPING. The floor boards up there are SO SQUEAKY, and one step will cause the whole ceiling to creak. I know apartments are squeaky but not to this point. This is the first time in 7 years of renting that I've come across this issue. I would not recommend anyone to move to this place. STAY AWAY!!

If you are looking for a non smoking place, this is not for you. People smoke and ypur apartment will stink.
Love the look and location of my apartment complex! The cost of living here is cheap compared to other parts of the country and allows me to save a ton of money. I chose this apartment because of all of the amenities. Although there are washer/dryer hookups, I can also use the ones that are in the clubhouse. The clubhouse also has computers and printers for me to use and a workout room. The pool is great and has a few lap lanes as well. I have a fireplace and the complex is gated. Plus, the best part is that there is a community garden where I grew fresh veggies this summer in my plot.

This is a perfect location if you want easy access to downtown Jenks, the Riverside running trail, and Tulsa Hills, all with a space you'd be happy to come home to. Unlike other apartments in the area, the common areas are exceptional and well-maintained, and the fitness room has better equipment than my gym. The pool is designed so multiple groups of people can hang out without stepping on each other's toes (and the neighbors are great). The units have high ceilings, spacious porch and living areas, a ceiling fan, washer dryer hookups, and rapid, dependable maintenance--if they're late, they discount your rent for the next month. The main office is open until 6pm on weekdays, and you can pay your rent through the RentPayment app, without paying any additional fees. TLDR; If you want an affordable, convenient paradise with access to the river, Crown Woods is the place to be.
