Property Ratings at Crown Martin Park
You will regret choosing this apartment. It’s old and out of date and management is awful. Appliances are always breaking because they’re cheap. Every year I see dozens of flooded apartments from burst pipes because they refuse to properly insulate their apartments. The trash compactor breaks monthly. And gates frequently stop working this place is not worth your time or money.

I moved into my apartment there in November 2023 and almost been one year and I really love it. My particular apartment has an attached garage which I really love, and it makes me feel safe and secure. Has a large closet and multiple storages and a large balcony. This property has a large chess game, pickleball court and swimming pool not to mention the only property I know that has garden plots for the residents to grow vegetables. Maintenance makes sure to get any work orders done within a couple of days. So far, it's been the best apartment community that I have ever lived in and its only 2 minutes away from my work so that's a plus!
I enjoyed apartment but believe they take advantage of you. I had a good experience living there but when I moved out my girlfriend and I cleaned that place from top to bottom and I was still charged a 133$ fee that they sent to a creditor. When I called to speak about it, they said “it’s not our problem”… that apartment was cleaner when I left then when I moved in… I don’t think that’s right.
Rent increased each year. You must have apartment insurance which is all on top of your rent amount. There is white carpet everywhere! They are often in and out of your apartment tracking in dirt that you are responsible for cleaning. If you have a pet, be ready to get a kennel or find another place for him. They recently repainted and replaced shingles. I was responsible for cleaning up the old shingles and nails off my balcony. Rent increased after this too. When moving out, they threw a nice Bissel carpet cleaner away when I was coming to get it. I still had a day to get everything. They also threw away a garbage can with my cleaning supplies. When I received the bill for moving out I was charged for them throwing my stuff away I was coming to get. Just try talking to them; they are not understanding or supplied with any common sense. They bribe you to write reviews and be entered to win a year of free rent. No one ever wins but they use your review against you! The main Leinbach company will not talk to you. They only send you to that apartment complex manager. Gates are often broken and safety is compromised. The apartments are next to a major turnpike and street. Cars are heard often. All the greenery plants, shrubs, trees are dead. And beware of the many ticks at the property!
By far the best apartment experience I've had. No maintenance issues, no bugs issues, no neighbor issues, absolutely no security issues. The pool, pickle court, and workout room are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful if I need anything. They host monthly resident events and the staff is super understanding. The maintenance crew is great too. Hands down, the best apartment I've ever lived in. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

This apartment complex not only feels safe but, the staff and community have been friendly & welcoming. The apartments are extremely, nice & well kept. Grateful to have found this apartment community and looking forward to making many memories through the whole time we are here. I feel wholehearted that the staff at Crown Martin Park understands and manages the property efficiently. The office and maintenance staff has done whatever it has taken to ensure my needs are met in a timely manner.
I moved here less than a year ago and I am so glad I did! The apartment and amenities are great! I love my view and management and maintenance work hand in hand to make sure any issues are resolved appropriately! Activities that involve resident are fun and enjoyable! The only reason I didn't give it (5) stars is parking for visitors is in the back and I wish it was closer to my apartment. Sometimes guest park in other assigned spots out of convenience.
By far the best place I’ve ever lived! All the office staff are super helpful and friendly!The office staff is very courteous and they are quick to answer maintenance requests. They respond right away and go above and beyond. The amenities are great including a gorgeous pool and pickle ball court. The buildings and grounds are immaculate and the staff goes out of their way to take care of their residents. The community is gated with surveillance and feels very safe. Great community feel, I would totally recommend living here.

This is house that you can call home! I've lived here for 1.5 years and I appreciate the community every day! Pros- it's quite, spacious floor plans, reasonable rent rates, fantastic location close to grocery, gas, hospital, and more. Updates to the Fitness Center are almost done and renovation around the Community Garden are looking good! All the staff are kind, friendly, and responsive to needs. Cons- I'd like to see more community events. Mention that Christie Martinez sent you when you check'em out and I'd be glad to take you on a tour! I do not work for Crown Martin, I just call it home!

Crown Martin Park is the perfect apartment if you want a gated community that's within short driving distance to great restaurants, shopping centers, and downtown OKC. The complex is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly. What's very surprising was that the complex hosts social events every month so you can you meet your neighbors and hang out with live music. Not a lot of apartments do that.
