Crown Colony Apartments are a most excellent place to live and call home! The office team is always friendly and remember your name! Resident events are planned every month and are always fun and promote community. My neighbors are friendly to each other. The maintenance and grounds staff are exceptional. Apartment maintenances are addressed in timely fashion. This winter we've had monumental snow fall, and the heavy snow was removed efficiently and walkways and driving lanes. There is also a security officer on the premises to keep us safe. All in all, I am very proud to call Crown Colony Apartments my home!

Crown Colony was my first apartment while I attended school. The staff were very helpful and the maintenance guys were very quick. They had many community activities to attend where I was able to meet my neighbors. I moved after graduation to KC, but I do miss this community. I would recommend it for many reasons.

I have lived at Crown Colony for the last three years while going to law school. The staff is amazing and friendly, and so are the maintenance guys. The property is very well kept. Whenever I had maintenance issues, the staff was very prompt to respond and to fix the problem. I was really sad to not renew my lease since I am moving out of town, but I highly recommend living here!

I lived at Crown Colony in Topeka upon moving back to Kansas from Colorado. I rented my apartment online, sight-unseen and I had NO regrets at all. I’m glad I chose Crown Colony. The apartment community is safe and the management is very responsive to any concerns or issues. In the one year that I was a resident I only had one small maintenance issue. I was shocked that I submitted a maintenance request in the morning and the issue was fixed that very same day. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Crown Colony is quiet place to live, all my neighbors were wonderful. And during my tenure, there was even a local sheriff deputy living at the complex, which made me feel even more secure. I highly recommend the Crown Colony apartment complex.

I didn't end up moving to Crown Colony because none of the single bedroom apartments were available when I moved to the area, but I wanted to share about my experience with the folks in the leasing office. Cynthia and the other staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly, and they went the extra mile for me. If everyone else working there is as great as they are, I'm sure it's good place to live.

I moved to crown colony apt about a year ago. I was going through a very rough time in my life. Everyone here was so nice and friendly they really made me feel like part of the community here. I love it here. It is safe, the people are friendly, the maintenance staff is professional and know what they are doing. The ladies in the office are awesome. I have no complaints. Great place to live.
I have lived at Crown Colony for almost 3 years. The staff wonderful, they are very friendly and professional. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely fashion. Each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer. They offer many activities, book club, movie club, neighborhood night out, holiday theme activities. Besides, the club house, business and fitness center, they also have a pool. They offer free DVD check out and free breakfast on Tuesday mornings. Crown Colony also has a recycle bin for shredding confidential information. They have fresh baked cookies and water during office hours. Cindy, Marsha and Mindy (office staff )are soooo awesome. Living at Crown Colony is really living in a safe and friendly community.
I am a current resident, and have lived here for 3 years and I do not plan on moving anytime soon. The current staff is extremely nice, inviting and makes you feel like family. When I need something fixed, I don't have to wait long. I love the curb appeal, location, friendly neighbors, and how close it is to everything! The apartments are nice sizes, which make for comfortable living! As I was reading the estimated cost of living on this site it is far off. My 1 bed & 1 bath I paid $640 mo. When I upsized to a 2 bed & 2 bath I now pay $770 mo. With these prices comes with many amenities such as, pool, gym, car port, free car wash & vacuum, movie rentals and party room! There is also a security car that comes thru twice or more daily which makes me feel very safe living in the city! I'm sure you would be very happy living here and making Crown Colony the place u call home!!
The Crown Colony apartments provide a small but friendly environment whether you are attending school, working or need a place to stay. Everyone is so kind and they provide all the essentials to live. Great area of Topeka, access to all the shopping outlets and restaurants without driving everywhere across town.
They keep raising the rent every year! The parking is really bad on the week end and it gets noisy in the middle of the night.
Wonderful place to live. Quiet community with nice neighbors.
