Clean, quiet and convenient location. Nice facilities that are well maintained. Also, the service team led by Edwin is also great.
I’ve been here a while now and I have to say it’s a great place to live. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, the facilities are well maintained and the office is nice. The service team is amazing here, especially Edwin who really makes us feel at home. He’s always so friendly, remembers us by name and always has a high five ready my kids.

I've lived here for 2 years, my car was broken in twice, other peoples things are stolen like electric motorcycle, cycle etc. Things are stolen here all the time, there is no security cameras, security is very bad in this complex
I have been here for awhile, and it is a nice property. The soon to be here pet spa is a huge plus. Maintenance-Edwin, Tony and James-are top notch. They have started renovating apartments, and I am waiting on one to be available, as my friends, as well as my dog's friends are here, and I really like it here.
We moved here sight unseen from the east coast and have been really happy to be here. Mitzi and her maintenance team are great. They keep the common areas very clean and the complex is very quiet. They recently added a very nice party room available for renting and a WiFi lounge. We have NOT experienced any negative experiences with security and find this complex very safe and secure.
Crow Canyon has felt like home from the time I moved in. The staff has always greet me with courtesy and displays professionalism at every turn. More than professionalism Crow Canyon gives new meaning to "home".
NOT RECOMMENDED. Most recently my motorcycle was stolen... It was parked in my assigned garage parking stall below our building. MOST APPALLING was learning that within the last 12 months 6 other cars were stolen, one car stripped and several others broken into in the same garage. (It scares me to think how much throughout the entire apartment complex.) With all this property damage WE WERE NOT ONCE NOTIFIED this was happening and to be vigilant when parking in the garage. Once we noticed the motorcycle stolen we notified the apartment office they act liked ohh no that has never happened. After going to the police station and being told that it happens there all the time I went back and confronted them again, To date we have not received a return or follow-up call from the Apartment Management, signalling they DO NOT SEE IT AS IMPORTANT. Also, so far to our knowledge they have not notified or warned other tenants who park in the same garage. I spoke with a neighbor yesterday who did not know. Personally this is NEGLECT on the side of the Apartment Management. If you would like to keep your vehicle and appreciate common curtsy this is not the place for you!
