En crosswind Apartments tengo ya casi 3 años viviendo y este lugar es muy tranquilo y me siento muy gososa de vivir en un área muy bonita donde se puede compartir en familia y amigos .
Is a nice resident but it is hard to get up with the office people and they used to have somebody come all the time and clean the hallways now they just always dirty also there’s a bike in the hallway that’s been there for over a year I reported several times now has fallen injured a child and I’ve been trying to contact the office to let them know but no response
Quiet neighborhood, our apartment wasn’t what we was expecting but hey! You could tell the previous tenants had a pet or pets. Would recommend but I would ask to inspect the apartment before moving in.
Love the ladies in the office they're amazing and overall still enjoy the place and the community that I'm living at. Maintenance has gotten better on my end a little bit but still I would recommend people to come here
The application process was smooth and easy. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. The balcony is our favorite spot for relaxing. This apartment community was the best decision ever.
It was wonderful and amazing to walk in and see my future home the house looks beautiful and clean and very quiet I give it a 100% my husband love the view and the vibes and the energy here is great and people are helpful here the staff in the office is amazing I’m very pleased with everything I experienced coming in
The staff are friendly and willing to help. The only complaint i have is how close the dumpsters are to the apartments. It causes bugs on the first floor. No amount of pest control has worked for us.
We have a fairly quiet community. The grounds are well kept and management is amazing. Pet owner are great about cleaning up after their animals. Maintenance has improved.
We’ve been in for 5 days now and it’s been great. The area is clean and quiet for the most part. My son can not wait to take him to the park. And I’m sure he’ll be super excited when the pool opens. Dawn at the office as been such a BIG help. Thank you so so much Dawn.
Been here for almost 5 years. The office staff is very understanding and nice. Anytime we have ever had a problem they were right on top of it and helped us out. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Terrible. Things are constantly breaking and maintenance takes forever. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The roach problem has gotten slightly better but it never goes away
I’ve been here almost a month, and everything has been great including the staff. The only advice I would advise is to check your apartment before signing the lease.. but they aren’t too bad at all for the price!

It's a nice place to stay. The community is mostly peaceful and the community is pretty cool. I haven't had any issues being here and I have lived peacefully with my children for 2 years now.

Since we moved into our 3 bedroom apartment we are much happier. There are no roaches in our new place. The apartment is much bigger and nicer. Everyone in the office has been very helpful and the new maintenance guy is great

We have lived at Crosswinds for a little over two years. The improvements that have been made over these past two years are fantastic.The added benefit of having a notary on site has been very helpful. The addition of the package room has been so beneficial and insured we receive all of our packages. The office and the maintenance staff have been responsive to our calls and needs. It’s been a good apartment. Maintenance is fast and the people are nice. Sometimes the music is too loud and people party until 6 in the morning but whatever. Party on

An older property that is cozy and friendly. The residents are friendly and polite. Quiet complex with onsite staff and on top of any issue that arises. Staff is always helpful and professional.

I love the staff here and I love how quiet the community is. It’s safe for my kids. I haven’t seen one in a long time but the roach issue in our building was awful. However the staff did address it immediately. Could use some upgrades but rent is affordable so I won’t complain.

So far everything has been great! There are some minor things in the apartment that need to be fixed such as screen door, non-working outlets and door hinges. But when calling to discuss these issues it is always dealt with in timely manner and everyone is so friendly.

The only good thing about this complex is it’s relatively cheap. Pool is green, issues with the package room. The front door handle on my building has been broken for 3 weeks. There’s been a hole in the wall cut by plumbers for the last month. Nonstop bug issues. Truly awful service.

Well maintained and office is very responsive. My ac stopped working wherever it got hot, and maintenance showed up within 15 minutes and fixed it!

It was rough first 3 weeks but it somewhat gotten better. So on move in day got here and they wasn't fully open until 2hrs schedule time then I had to wait til 3pm to get keys because apartment wasn't ready then my ac went out for 3weeks and now it fixed definitely need help with a bug problem through out the community.

I like the location, close to my job. I like that there is a pharmacy and a grocery store close by. I like our pool and I like my building very quiet.I like how are neighbors are some what respectable to each other. That is why I like living in crosswinds. I also like maintenance there quick response to all situations.

Me gusta mucho el lugar, la amabilidad de los oficinistas. Mis trámites fueron un poco tardados pero valió la pena. Me gusta demasiado la distribución de los apartamentos de tres recámaras, son amplios y cómodos, la cocina me gusta porque también es amplia. Los dos balcones en mi apartamento me encantan.
