Was super impressed at the rate I received for my 6 month lease…my experience is that most places charge significantly more if you are signing anything less than 12 months. Loving my apartment so far! My favorite features are the floor to ceiling windows, island and gas range stove. It seems like I see cleaning staff here every single day so it always looks and smells clean. Parking garage feels secure and I’ve never felt unsafe. My mom complained about the highway noise when she stayed with me but it doesn’t bother me!

Selecting an apartment in downtown Nashville can be overwhelming because there are so many choices. Most locations can compete based on amenities, apartment styles and location. So the things that make Crossroads at the Gulch stand out is hands down the property manager Mary C and her assistant Andrew (drew). They are assets to this property. They work hard to build a sense of community that is inclusive, fun and comfortable. Their amazing interpersonal skills and helpful attitudes are what influenced my decision to move to Crossroads! Crossroads is an excellent community. It is in a premier location in walking distance to some Nashville gems. The community itself is clean and well kept. There is always somewhere to park for residents and the process for guests to access the building makes me feel safe but it is also seamless. The staff at this community are amazing. They are accommodating and professional. After living in Nashville for 12 years across 4 different communities this is 1000% my favorite place that I’ve ever lived.

I have only been living at Crossroads for a week but the entire process from touring, application, and moving in and been seamless. The building is quiet and the office is always friendly and helpful when I need them or when I’m casually walking by the office.
This is a wonderful place to call home right in the heart of downtown Nashville!
This building really feels like home with its modern interior, high ceilings, balcony and upgraded appliances. I renew year after year because of the staff’s dedication to its residents
I’ve lived here less than a year and I’m truly amazed with the level of customer service and care. In a world where customer service is dead this is an amazing breath of fresh air.
I moved to Nashville with few if any friends or family and Cross Roads not only gave me a place to live but a community. The staff here is like family to me, always going above and beyond. In my opinion this is a luxury apartment that holds luxury standards, it’s hard to fine the attention to detail, customer service and just flat out people who genuinely care for you and your comfort. Cross Roads meets all of those categories to the highest standard and goes beyond. I feel like if I had a child I would want to name him after the maintenance guy hoping he would grow up to be as kind and hard-working. I can’t say enough about all these folks, this is the best living experience in all of Nashville.
Living at Crossroads has been an amazing experience. Luxury living in the heart of Nashville.
Overall the building maintenance is poor - pool is dirty all the time, hallways frequently smell, windows are covered in dirt and grime and the window cleaners did not clean them well. Whenever I reach out multiple times about concerns, I’m told they are being worked on but I’ve yet to actually see the fruits of that labor. Maintenance leaves dirt whenever they come into my apartment, and has broken a wine bottle before. Communication seems to be quite poor with maintenance requests as many times the problems are not addressed when they do come in to my unit.

As an update, the pool was recently drained and pressure washed the inside and outside of the pool. Additionally, the hallways are spot cleaned every three to four weeks. With many new builds and so many to choices to live. The crossroads is the best of both worlds, not too old, their management staff, maintenance included all provide excellent professional personal care in their service that as a resident is appreciated and rare to find in other building management companies.

Clean interior including rooms, amenities, and halls. Pleasant smell and good overall vibe. Friendly staff. Close/great view of downtown. However, surprisingly far from grocery stores.

I sometimes feel like I am the only person that lives here and that is a testament to the work ethic of every single person that works here. They are always quick to respond if there is an issue (there are rarely ever issues) and they always try to create COVID friendly events we can all participate in. I love it here!
I moved in during the pandemic and it has always been kept pretty clean in common areas but most of all the management and staff are TOP NOTCH! Ive never had such a fantastic experience with any other apartment Ive lived in over the past 8 years in Nashville! Also the proximity to anything you need/want is amazing!
Living at Crossroads has been a great experience. The maintenance team and office staff are always friendly and they address issues right away. The amenities, location and pet-friendly environment make it and even more desirable living community.

I love living at CrossRoads at the Gulch not only for the fantastic location but for the amazing people that work in the leasing office. Mary Ann, Liz, Jess, and the maintenance team are the best. They do all that they can to make this a safe and fun place to live. I can tell that they truly and genuinely care about the residents and want us to be happy! A huge change from what I am used to coming from Hoboken, NJ where you were just a number to the leasing agents. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent an apt. Crossroads @ the Gulch is perfect for anyone looking to be near downtown but far enough away from Broadway that the rowdiness isn't a bother! It's still new and and the kitchen feels like a gourmet kitchen! Although the rooms in the 1 bedroom are a bit tight, the other living areas make up well for it!
I couldnt be happier to live at Crossroads at the Gulch. Its has the perfect location, friendliest staff, and most beautiful views! I cant recommend this spot enough.
Crossroads at the gulch has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The amenities are great, the staff ( maintenance and leasing team) are super friendly and prompt and make living here and overall positive experience.
The Crossroads team is great! Very creative with events and always super friendly. The facilities (workout, pool, sky deck) are all top notch.
This is my first time living away from my parents and it was an excellent choice to come here! I ALWAYS feel safe, it is a family atmosphere with fun things to do and its almost always quiet with a relaxed vibe! Best choice EVER!!!
