Property Ratings at Chelsea Garden
I’ve lived here 3 years and have never had an issue until the new property managers took over. Since this new ownership the pm has sent maintenance to my apartment after business hours twice while I was not there. I do/did not have any open maintenance requests and I did not receive any communication that someone needed to enter my apartment. The leasing office LIED and said they mistook my apartment for another apartment that needed work done, but that is far from the truth. Maintenance did not expect for me to have cameras in my apartment. I can hear him detailing the items in my unit all while he came with no supplies to do any “work”. No one has taken accountability for this as I live alone. Completely unacceptable!
These apartments are so dirty. There are rats and roaches running around everywhere
If I could I would break my lease right now. I have 4 months left in this complex and will definitely not be renewing. First off they allow anyone to move in. My neighbors are disgusting. The front door on my building haven’t be able to lock in months. They just tape over it so the door can’t completely close. They say no pets allowed here but almost every building have a car or dog in it. The whole apartment complex is infested with roaches. I told them about it and still nothing was done. They are over charging people to live in this dump. Don’t let the way it look fool you. The place is NASTY
These apartments have gone downhill and are disgusting now. Building 2601 has a huge roach problem and my mother filed a lawsuit against the property manager because she refused to refund a REFUNDABLE security deposit back to her when she left in 2016. If anybody tells you it’s a decent place to live, they LIED!
