Property Ratings at Crossroads Apartments
I've lived at these apartments for the last 4 years. The build quality of the units is awful. My rent has almost doubled in just 4 years. When something inevitably breaks, they are horribly slow at getting it fixed. Recently there was a series of break ins on people's cars. As we all recently found out, there are no security cameras of any sort or any other security system in the complex. Plus, the property management is rude. I'd move somewhere else, but the rent is so expensive that I can't even afford to set aside money to move.
I just have to say ever since Trina the property manager has came back to Crossroads this place has been Amazing to live at. Trina has always been very helpful, respectful, kind and she has always made our property look good. Thank you Trina for all your hard work.
This place is wonderful and I’m so thankful for the staff and everyone around who helps keeps this place safe and clean. Trina is the best we have had work here in a long time and she keeps things in order and I appreciate it so much ! If you are looking for a safe place to live and affordable. Then cross roads is it . They will take care of you !!
The new lady running this place is a joke. Every week there is a new e mail about this and that that telling Tennant's there not aloud to hang Christmas lights and how you can do this and can't do that. In fact when the complex themselves doesn't care about there Tennant's and well being in the winter the plowing and snow removal is an absolute joke. 10/10 I would NOT recommend this place. Management sucks.

The Crossroads Apartments are amazing to live at. The new manager is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Crossroads Apartments.
I just toured a one bedroom, they are beautiful! Everything you need is there! The kitchen is very large, the pantry is good size and the washer and dryer is so nice.
