There are laminate floors in the living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and townhouses to choose from. We will paint you a living room accent wall. We never charge an application fee and we are here to help you find your perfect home. The buildings at Crosspoint are managed by different management companies and there is a difference in how all the properties are managed. We manage the first four buildings on the south side of Amelia Ave. Residents pay for electric and we pay water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.

Property Ratings at Crosspoint Apartments
These apartments are beautiful. I currently live in a loft apartment that has plenty of space for everything I need. The setup is great, and even presenting these to my friends and family they're honestly impressed but the setup. However, there is a dark-side to these apartments. The electricity bills are outrageous. My electricity bills for a 1 bedroom apartment from Oct-Jan have averaged $275/mo when I'm gone on weekends and use a nest thermostat to save energy. All electric heat, sure, but every other apartment I've lived in with all electric heat have had far lower energy bills. I don't know that I'll renew the lease or not. These apartments are great and so is management, but they are incredibly inefficient to heat.
I love my 1 br 1.5 bath loft style! It's really nice for how affordable it is and it's in a quaint neighborhood with lots of young families. I live under O'Neil property mgmt and they are great. I've lived with them two years prior to moving to this location.
