The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crossings at Midtown
They scheduled a meeting with us based on the availability we were wanting and then told us they have nothing available once there for an in person appointment. A very wasteful experience.

i be hear for 2 year i cant said to much bad cuzz it good but the maintence never do they job ...they never do nothing....i want to muve soon
My apartment is tiny but it suits me. Its close to my work and my school. Its all hardwood floor.
Me and my family live at Highland Park Apartments,We have lived here since March 6th 2015 of this year.I wouldn't recommend anybody to live here in these apartments. They are roach infested,we've heard talk about bedbugs. The management has bad people skills/Customer service. They first show you this model apartment,And they tell you that all the residents have closest doors,But when we moved in we never had a closet door in the hallway, just like we were told from the beginning. The side walks are not safe,The reason why I say this is because I believe them to be hazardous. On 06/16/2015 my wife had tripped while walking to a family members household,And I can honestly say that part of the side WALK was in no good condition to be walked on,She ended up fracturing her ankle badly.I ended up taking her to the hospital.Since we've been here about six months,We brought to there attention about underneath our sinks in kitchen and bathroom had duck tape underneath,Wasn't fixed legitimately. We also brought to there attention,About paint left on our carpet since we've moved in.They do not have good security here,The maintenance here are ridiculously in called for on some boundaries.Entering different residence homes, touching personal belongings, while the residence were away.Told them about the refrigerator we had in the apartment, that it was spray painted white..Would of thought we would have a descent refrigerator,Rather than some spray painted one.The wooden floor of the inside of the kitchen has like scratch marks, deep cuts it looks like,Once again told them about that problem as well,Never had been touched or tried fixing it.I wouldn't recommend this place at all..Me and my wife are unsatisfied with this place itself.
