The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crossings at Madison
Maintenance has repeatedly refused to replace a furnace that is original to the 1978 building posing a significant health risk. It does not work consistently and has caused the electric bill to triple. The area is covered in mold and the wood underneath is rotted. The building also flooded on February 6th causing extensive water damage inside. There has been no bedroom access since the damage. We are deeply disturbed by this experience and the management’s blatant neglect and lack of consideration for their tenants.
I enjoyed working with Briana. She was very helpful and made the process smooth . Great customer service!
New ownership is working hard to clean up the property and fixing the issues that have been present for years. Staff is super friendly and working hard to resolve past complaints. Grounds are clean again!
Property Manager at Crossings at Madison, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your five-star review. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
My rent is very low and water and sewage is included. $820 for a 1000 sq ft Townhome, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. The maintenance isn't the most proactive but the get the job done. Despite what the food delivery drivers think, it's pretty quiet. I've lived here a year and never have I seen the police at a building. I would recommend to any family that is just looking for a place to live for not a lot of money.
Apts are under new management and the staff is really doing a great job working with the residents in this transitional period from the pool to the parking lot upgrades have and are being made. Nice place to stay.
