Cross Winds Apartments is a community with 206 units in a unique quiet setting. Just 0.5 mile east of shopping off of SR 38. There are 2 and 3 story brick buildings with enclosed entrances that offer shelter from the elements as you enter your apartment. The community has a clubhouse equipped with a 60 inch big screen TV and a pool table. We also have a full basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a stainless steel swimming pool, a resident car wash bay and a 24-hour fitness center. We offer resident concierge services such as selling postage stamps, signing for packages, free notary services, free use of our copier, fax and cross shredder. Quiet, very affordable for the area, great accommodations, great staff, just an all around very nice community to live in. This is actually my 2nd time living at Crosswinds.
By far one of the best places to live in Lafayette. Very upscale, yet reasonably priced. Apartment management is fantastic!
This place is perfect. I love living here. Staff is great. Definetly worth the money!!!
