No complaints. We are current resident. great maintenance team fixed the few things wrong. And great front office staff. And no drama.
Very pet friendly, quiet, and reliable. Kayla and Ashley are wonderful and they are always ready to help. Never any issues with maintenance. If any issues are reported they are fixed in a timly manner. The community is clean and kept. We really enjoy renting here. Highly recommended! - Shannon & Jose

I moved here about 8 months ago. Staff has been very responsive to the few issues we have had. We are quite happy with the apartment and amenities.

Crosscreek is a very friendly environment and the view is beautiful.
Love living here lived here several years. I love that they allow animals. I am close to the stores such priceless, krogers, and can be on stone drive in minutes. Staff is always so helpful and nice. All maintenance issues resolved very quickly. Security on site!
This is a wonderful quiet community with a ton of amenities. There is even a dog park for you animal lovers. We have a spacious one bedroom with a wood burning fire place especially on those cold winter nights. We really love it here and plan on staying for awhile.

We highly recommend Crosscreek! The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to address any issues you may have. Maintenance always addresses problems and issues quickly and do a great job. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. We also enjoy all amenities that are offered.
We've lived at Cross Creek for a few years now. We love it. They've updated the clubhouse fitness center and added a billiard table upstairs. The clubhouse is also a great place to "meet up" with friends if you are worried about space. The pool and hot tub are always well maintained. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. The on-premises security is a WCSO officer, and there are several police officers that live in the complex as well. I always feel safe and secure. They added a fenced in "dog park" area within the last year. That really shows how much they listen to and care about their resident's needs and situations. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say.
I have lived here for half a year, and could not be happier. The staff is beyond helpful, the apartments feel like home, & the community is a rare find. We truly got lucky finding this place, and would recommend this place to ANYONE!
Been living here for year and half now and it’s a nice place to live. The community is very quiet and safe. It has this nice trail around it to take a quick walk or a run outside of gym. The club house is cool and very friendly staff.
I have lived at Crosscreek for almost a year. While living here, I have never had any issues with my unit or with any of the staff. The people that live at Crosscreek are all caring and kind. The amenities that they have to offer are in great condition. I have lived in a couple of different apartment complexes and this is by far the best one. If you are looking for a new place to live I would definitely recommend looking into Crosscreek.
i have lived at cross creek for 5 years, i move here from another state and didnt really know the area and took a chance on cross creek and it has been an amazing experience. its located 5 minutes from literally anything your heart might desire and the community is full of wonderful people and the staff is amazing as well. cross creek is well worth a look at.

I've lived at Cross Creek for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. This is a beautiful property with a private and homey feel. The grounds are always well kept, clean and groomed. The amenities are beyond compare to other complexes. The staff is great and always available. In 2 years I've never had one issue with my unit! Easy Living!

Living at cross creak is like being at home, if you need help with anything they're not upset to help and they never make you feel unwanted. I had an issue with my water heater and it was fixed that day! Can't say that about everywhere.
Living at cross creek has been the most comfortable I have ever been living on my own. Utilities aren't too expensive, the staff stays involved with the communities with nice events every month and the neighbors I have couldn't be better. No complaints.
Great place to live. Clean unit. New appliances. Love the view from my back porch. Price is a deal. Love the monthly news letter and lodge events. The breakfast on the go one morning at the front entrance was such a cool suprize. They really try and keep a fun community.

Cross creek is a very nice place to live. It is a quiet area that is still within a short car ride of just about anything you may need. The staff is very welcoming and helpful as well.
It’s the perfect apartment for my son and I . It’s quiet and super close to his school. They provide a lot of amenities to keep an active boy occupied. It’s close to shopping and eating etc. I have really enjoyed my time here. I’m really thankful that the day I stopped to look at apartments the management staff was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect apartment for me.
Great maintenance and staff, very friendly, not only them but the community as a whole. It’s a great location with very good prices. The two bedroom unit is great and I most definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone searching in the area.
I recently moved into Cross Creek apartments and I am thrilled with my decision. All the office staff are kind and very helpful. I chose an apartment with a wooded view and it’s so quiet and comfortable. Everyday we see deer and squirrels playing so it doesn’t feel like I live in an apartment complex. I highly recommend Cross Creek. I love my little tree house apartment!!!!

Best place to live. Close to Hospitals and Doctors is what I was looking for. The Staff is great and always willing to help. I have the best neighbors. Very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. When meeting, they ask about my wife and how she is doing. I have Handicap parking in front which is very helpful for my wife and me. Staff keeps everyone up to date every month on what's going to happen for the month. Plan is to renew my lease when the time comes. Really love this place. The Clubhouse and Amenities are tops. Pricing is great.

My husband and I really enjoy the quite apartment in the woods with our wood burning fireplace especially on the cold winter nights. There is even a pet park on site if you have dogs. There is plenty of parking and I love having a balcony.
I am a current resident of the apartments I have lived here since December of 2019. I have no complaints for the apartments, the staff is very friendly and always helpful when issues come up, the apartments and complex are very well kept and the neighbors are very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

I absolutely love CC. From the moment I pulled into the lot for the first time, mind you it was just to apply, it just felt like home to me. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind hearted, and the units... DON'T GET ME STARTED.... they're GORGEOUS. My fiance love it here. And look forward to many beautiful years to come.
I love living here because of the privacy and the people. The apartments are big in size and have plenty of room for a four person family. There is a ball court and workout area that is great, and there is no wait for any of it.

“Welcome Home” is the first thing that we saw when we first pulled onto the property and now, 9 months later, it’s more than a slogan on a sign....it’s a reality! We are home!! I have nothing but respect for everyone who works here, they are all “rock stars” and they make us feel appreciated all the time. They have cookouts and get togethers for the residents on a regular basis and clubhouse, pool & fitness center are awesome! We have enjoyed living here so much that we’ve already signed up for another year!
