Property Ratings at Cromwell Valley Apartments
I had no complaints with this apartment complex! It felt safe, it was clean, neighbors were quiet, I only saw bugs because I was on the first floor, never any roaches or anything like that. They have an exterminator that comes out every Thursday if you request it. I only didn't give it 5 stars because for the price, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. I would live there again if it was not for that. 10/10 recommend if you don't mind sharing. My neighbors were respectful!
I have been a resident here for going on 5 years... My service here at Cromwell is always prompt and quality... The office staff is very professional and friendly and the maintenance staff is always attentive and knowledgeable... Its calming to know you can depend on them when need be... Michael has been an absolute pleasure... As well as Jessica and Raj they all are a great! I attended the Holiday Party in Dec where I met some neighbors and enjoyed delicious food as well as a door prize. This place is definitely a gem!

I have lived in the community for about a year and I am very pleased with all aspects of living here. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issued that I have had in the past. In addition to the maintenance staff the Leasing staff have been friendly, professional and courteous. I love the fact that the fitness center is included with my rent along with the pool for the summer time. The party last summer was very nice! If you are looking for a clean, beautiful place to live I HIGHLY suggest you come take a look for yourself.

It was this worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a rental property. This was just a temporary stay for me but not temporary enough. In the two years I was here I had a sewer back up and a flood from upstairs because there faucet broke. There’s a huge bug problem here, I consistently had to exterminate myself. The schools... are definitely behind. Also when it was time to leave they charged me $700 In charges which included replacing the carpet that had been damaged from 2 different floods. It’s not worth the stress. Do not rent with Apartment Services

The apartments are overpriced and the management team doesn’t care about there residences.
This community isn't a place for families. Drug activity through out the community. The management teams people skills are horrible. They are not here to help you. They're here to tell you how to help yourself. The school district is a complete mess. look somewhere else!!!!
I used to live here at Cromwell Valley apartments for two years between 2015 and 2017. I was happy during my stay except that there were so many ants and spiders. I was satisfied with their good maintenance, but please keep in mind that they always take your security deposit when you move out. In addition, they always charge you for carpet change, no matter how clean or dirty your carpet is. They charged me $830. I tried to keep that cheap and thin carpet as clean as possible, as I heard from our neighbors that they took their deposits. I realized that they just charge you no matter what. You know you cannot argue with this giant company. How bad. I would never ever recommend this apartment.
First the good things- place is clean , good service follow ups of anything that goes bad, accommodating to get you in. its cheap compared to other apartment available. however, when you are leaving and if you need an one month extension then it is priced at 300 dollars extra. During my two years there the bathroom ceiling leaked atleast 6 times. bugs are plenty as there is lots of grass around. The past winter of 2016 the rats chewed up mist of the residents car wires including mine. the trash is always overflowing. at lease termination they told me that they needed to change the carpet and kept my security deposit and send me a extra bill. I am not happy how we left that place. please think twice as lease termination might not be as pleasant as when you come in.
It has been wonderful living here especially after having lived in a house for 27 years. After my an imaginable divorce I new this place will be my new home and new beginning. The service is excellent the grounds kept unbelievable beautiful I do recommend to one who is starting out or down sizing to move to a apartment. I'm 58 if I win this will be the best thing happened to except the birth my children. cheers!
Cromwell Valley Apartments is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. The apartments are extremely clean and the grounds are super clean. It's centrally located in Towson. Each building has a minimum of three laundry rooms and they are kept clean daily. The apartments are super large especially the master bedroom. I love living here. You must come and check it out.
