Property Ratings at Crestwood Apartments
After three attempts to contact the property owners here about them losing my check and charging me extra fees, I have gotten no response. On top of that, I have had maintenance men ignore a leak in my ceiling three times, because they say it isn't a big deal. It had dripped several times before I contacted them. Today my neighbor's entire bathtub drained onto my computer desk, so I guess they just didn't want to fix it. During a winter warning, it took over 24 hours on a workday to be able to move my car out of the parking lot. My neighbors scream constantly. Their family honk their horn at my window so they can scream at each other from the balcony. A man in socks came to my door asking if he could pay me to pretend to be his uncle. I have been scammed my the utilities representatives they have sent to our doors twice. This apartment is a nightmare.
I like the area that I like inBut Apartments could be updated outside and inside need more kitchen counters but with the cost of living the way that it is the rent is fair is good so I love that about it
The maintenance also is very difficult to understand since they speak spanish. There is more work that needs to be done that the maintenance says they did, but haven't been done, so you are better off doing and fixing yourself. And the privacy from your neighbors is not there some can't wait to get involved in your business and others are nice but I would not recommend anyone to move in here. We are moving as soon as we can from this place! It is also on a really big hill that doesn't get cleaned well in the snow.
Recently moved in the start of June. Landlord was extremely helpful and gave me a checklist to review, if there was any issues with the apartment. Fairly size single apartment. The kitchen is small though and makes it slightly difficult to put my cooking equipment away. It was and is very clean upon arrival. My apartment is located on the bottom of the building and can see people walking by through the windows. I had one issue with the window where a very young kid was trying to look in my window. I have curtains where they cannot see me, but I can see them. I asked him nicely to stop and off his way he went.
