They do the bare minimum. Impossible to get ahold of them.

- Property manager does not respond to any calls, voicemails, or emails. - They do not salt or shovel the parking lot in the winter. - They raise rent by an astronomical amount (14.3%) every year without any explanation or improvements to the apartment. - Don't be fooled: the apartments are not nearly as nice as the pictures.
