Have lived here since 2019, and have loved every minute of it! The apartments are very large and have tons of storage spaces which was important to us when searching for a place to call home for a few years. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, these folks are the top of the line with customer service calls to fulfilling maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Leasing representative Kylie, and maintenance director Stephen, are friendly, professional and most importantly they make sure whatever the issue at hand is, that it is taken care of in a timely matter. Our a/c went out late one night and with one call, Stephen arrived a short time later to fix the issue so we wouldn’t be uncomfortable throughout the night. I could go on and on about the positive reasons we have loved living here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Crestview. Management was responsive, helpful, and always happy to address our questions or concerns. Location and amenities were great from the pool to the covered patio/balcony. Parking could be challenging at times, especially during renovation work, but was overall manageable.Would definitely consider returning if moved back to Pensacola!
