The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crestview Apartments
Unprofessional management, rude, and a lack of customer service. If I could, I would give a negative rating. Make sure pictures are date-stamped, and they have fixed/replaced all the items before accepting the apt. They will charge for all the replacement items, whether known or unknown.
Will give negative if I can. The management lies, deceives and add additional payments when there is not any.
Unqualified management team, not responsible, not accountable, not professional, not ethical. Stay away, if you want to feel relaxed.
Insane Management. They want to charge every penny from the Security Deposit. There were like 15 items they charged me money for. I was charged for Carpet Damage which was unnecessary. They also deducted money for OZONE AIR PURIFIER. Refrigerator in my unit was from 1980s, I had requested the management to change it but no luck. They even stopped replying to my email an insane way to ignore someone.
There's so much I can say about living at crestview north, but let me give some facts - we hear squeaking in the walls at all hours of the day, the microwave, air conditioner and refrigerator are all models from the 80s and 90s, (the maintenance guy said that if our fridge breaks down it's going to be difficult to find parts) and in order to get your deposit back they require you to move the stove and the fridge and clean behind there which I've never once heard a leasing property ask its residents. But be careful because they give you no directions on how to move the appliances carefully, and if you happen to damage them to move for cleaning, well dang you'll be charged! The building is classified to have been built between 1960-70. Is this worth the close walk to campus? You decide.
