My experience so far could definitely be better. I’m still in the process of moving in and have had a hard time getting in touch with the leasing office. I work evenings, so I’m unable to access the gym or package room during available hours, and I still don’t know my mailbox number. The hallways smell unpleasant, and one of the entrances to my building constantly has garbage left by it, which stinks terribly. The covering over the building is in poor condition and becomes a serious hazard when it rains—it floods and the steps become extremely slippery. These issues make the move-in process frustrating and disappointing. I expected more, and I hope things improve soon.

Living here has been a nightmare. The apartments are outdated and feel neglected, with constant issues like roaches that management fails to properly address. The walls are paper-thin, so you’ll hear everything from your loud neighbors at all hours of the day and night. The property itself is dirty, and it’s clear that upkeep is not a priority. For the price they’re charging, you’d expect at least decent living conditions, but this place isn’t even close. Do yourself a favor and look for something better.

The community is not too bad, I would renew my lease if anything. Only thing I didn't like initially was the unit I ended up with wasn't what I expected because of the information I got from the tour. But, I grew to love my unit, the longer you live in it the more you make it your own. The community is quiet for the most part which is good. I have also had a few problems with packages being shipped here as well that rubbed me the wrong way, but anywhere you live there will be problems with packages if we are being honest.

Love the location and the office staff! The app is great. We love the amenities also. There are great walking trails for my dog and the pool is also a great place to relax.

The unit I got was not the unit I was told I was getting from the leasing office. My unit does not have a washer and dryer, or a fire place. I know most units don't have either of those, but when I came to tour the apartment I was looking at online, the type of unit I was expecting to move into had both of those. I was told the unit model I toured was the one I was applying for. They also don't provide washer and dryer hook ups in the units that don't have a washer and dryer which made it even worse. But, that is something I will just have to accept for the year. It's too late to turn back now. It's not a bad unit, or area, I was just told the wrong information when I toured the place before applying.

The maintenance people that are here are really nice and they are always helpful. Also the pool did take a while to open back up so that’s about it

It’s a nice apartment but a few pest problems. They have these worms that’s coming by the groups. I absolutely hate pest. I have spoke to management but the bugs continue.

This crew is awesome! The maintenance guys, Gregory and Michael are on the job ASAP. The office staff... Robert, Jasmine and Maya are there as soon as I need them. I love the extra perks they give us, like Food Trucks, etc. Great crew, Thank you all!!
