The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crest at Cooper
If I could give this place 0 stars or no type of credit !! my living experience here was horrible! NO MAINTENANCE done the whole year just the last month came and FINALLY sprayed for bugs they have rodents living in the backyards. Manager loves to talk over you and act like you never came to her office and talked about all the maintenance issues . They do not keep up with the rent payments! Nor do they keep up with tenants move in paper work they don’t even know who is living in what building! The manager will hang up if you speak out and she will avoid calls and office visits. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! P.s I reached out to corporate because I was so tired of getting ignored and they didn’t care either !!! Unbelievable 0 STARS!
Was looking for something short term this seemed like the best place . Online it said * furnished units * when arrived they said that wasn’t true. Still decided to give them a chance and didn’t make it pass the application! Wasted my money and time it was so hard getting in touch with someone my husband and I had to drive to the office every time we had a question or ran into complications. It wasn’t just us every time we went to the office residences were saying the same thing .The lack of communication and professionalism we decided that this wasn’t gone be the place for us.
Do you want to live at a place where your property management communicates with you? Or finishes maintenance requests in a timely manner? Or just does the bare minimum? Then this is not the place for you!! We have gone through countless property managers that come and go. The best one we have had was Location Rentals for 3 months.. RIP. I wonder why they came and went so fast? The current management is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They are terrible at communicating/answering emails, yet their office is just across the parking lot. The only thing they care about is the applications, once you move in... you'll never hear from them again. Do yourself a favor, save the headache, and look elsewhere.
Why is it poor? -Overpriced -Needed to get a realignment on my vehicle twice for the ridiculous speed bumps -Walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing -Overpriced -Sewer smell AT LEAST twice a week -Everybodys mailbox keys are mixed up. No one has the correct key -Overpriced -Poorly placed dumpsters but does come with a free alarm clock at 4AM on random nights
TINY, TINY APARTMENTS. Do not rent if you want to use furniture in your apartment. Our professional moving company was unable to fit a twin box spring up the stairs. We were told by management that we’d have to hire a crane to move our furniture in and our through the upstairs patio door. Management is incredibly frustrating to communicate with.
Their towing policy is ridiculous...Guest parking is by the leasing office which is absolutely absurd.
If you ever wanna have guests over, then don’t live here. They have 10 designated guest parking spots in front of the leasing office and that is the only place your guests can park. So if you live in the last building, your guests will have to park and walk to your apartment. If you do end up parking in front of an apartment building that you don’t have a parking pass for (they’ll only give you one if your name is on the lease) then they WILL tow your car away.
