Quiet. Good location. Responsive to requests . Only when they dropped the rents for new tenants,300-400$$ they did not adjust the rent for those who had been here for more than a year.

I looked at an apt there and really wanted to move in. I gave them all the proof of income they needed. My credit score is good. I've never been late on my rent. I paid almost $200 for fees, etc. I have been getting the run around and have been ghosted. No replies to calls or emails letting me know if I'm approved or not. But hey, they got a free $200.

Very good maintenance experience - great communication, efficient/quality work! Very poor office communication experience - extremely delayed responses (if at all). Unsafe area - a lot of crime (car break-ins).

The application process was a bit rough, but the office staff made it easier and they were super helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was approved for my apartment and that experience was amazing. The tour of the apartment went great as well and was very informative.

Overall, I would refer Crest at Arden Village to a friend. McKenna was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide my move-in process/experience. Regarding the apartment, the washer/dryer is noisy; it'd be more convenient in or around the bath/closet area. Additionally, I'm on the 3rd floor of an L-corner; there are 2 sets of steps on both ends, making my apartment the hardest to get to. There is a perfect place for steps beside my apartment; it'd be great if steps were added at some point. Thanks!

Love the building and staff! This place has been a good home for me since June and I will probably be staying here for a few years, amazingly fast ATT Fiber as well no complaints!

Basic but serviceable. Better than other apartments at this inflated price. The location isn’t ideal though. Traffic by the apartment is awful.
