Crescent Village

I had a great experience through the whole ordeal from beginning to end. The staff was awesome and it's also a great environment. I love the environment for my family and I. Thank you Crescent Village for making things so great.

I love living at Cresent Village. It is quiet and no one bothers you Whenever I need something from the office they are always on time to get the job done and get it done right and quick. Thank you for a wonderful place To live and one I can call my own.

Great so far, quiet atmosphere, good to my dog. Great service from staff! Close to work! Leasing team has been wonderful. Only issue is Spectrum not being able to get out quickly!

Maintenance gets the job done. Community & office is really nice. They are understanding & very helpful finding resources if you’re struggling

This community is nice even in the winter the grass is green, trees and bushes are beautiful. They have a great play ground for small children. A volleyball court, pool all it's missing is benches to watch the game! Lol. I'm sure I'll be using the sidewalks to walk the community.

Im very happy with the new staff at Crescent Village. Marisol is very helpful and she helped get me situated with my transfer. I’m so happy to be a part of this community

I just moved in and I am loving it. The staff is so nice and helpful. The grounds amazing and gorgeous. Everything has been awesome. I am so happy that I moved in here.

I like it here, besides management. We really need someone here who actually cares! Management here at Crescent Village changes too often…….

I love the apartments and the new staff is very pleasant. They seem to really care about our needs. My fave place here is the pool. I feel very welcome here

I love living here at CV1. The atmosphere is great and the grounds are kept nice and clean. The only complaint I have is after a year after submitting I still have not gotten my referral pay.

The community is well kept and beautiful. I just moved in and am looking forward to living here. I'm excited to use the gym equipment that are available to me and the swimming pool. I'm happy to call crescent village home.

The units are nice. I like that there is stuff for the kids to do. I wish all of the parking was covered and there were security cameras at the least spread throughout the complex.

I’m having a better experience with the new management. They seem to actually care about us, and have empathy! I have not met anyone face to face, but I have talked to several people, and they have been really nice to me.

It is a quiet neighborhood. I like the fact that there are four plexus. Nice porches. The only problem here are Roaches. Other than that okay I guess

Office. Personal are nice & helpful Also.we are lucky to have AMY to schedule our domino's & bingo enjoy having activities with other residents

I have been fighting with management for 4 months about mold in my apartment. They have come in and put holes in the wall, which they have not repaired, and they put masking tape over the hole, which is falling due to moisture coming in from the outside. The property manager is rude and shows that he does not care about the residents in this complex. I wish I could post pictures of the mess they have me living in along with the mold that is growing in my apartment. The area is nice if management would keep up the property dwellings.

My family and I moved from Austin to these four-plexes and absolutely LOVE IT! The (new) management are so friendly and make us feel so welcome. Every time we come in the office they have smiles on their faces, cookies and coffee waiting and make sure they help us as much as they can. The office is always decorated for holidays and my kids love going to the after school program that they offer for the residents. Schools are so close, and it is so family oriented. LOVE our home!!!

I have stayed at Crescent Village for almost 4 years. The Previous Property Manager wasn't a very nice man at all extremely abrasive and just came off extremely rude. Even caused my family and I to miss on the opportunity to move into a home based on what he called rental verification. However Sandy and Constance are really sweet women. They are the type to treat people they way they want to be treated. This place is quiet in the evening times. you will have a fool or two drive through rather fast but if you are looking for a place that is far enough out that you won't get un-announced guest but close enough so it doesn't seem that you are traveling forever to get to austin this is your place. Thank you all so much Sandy and Constance on giving this place exactly what it needed. A woman's touch you all are indeed a blessing. Thanks, Sharic Padgitt

What I like about Crescent Village is that it is not the typical apartment. I like having a full porch and storage outside. The apartments aren't close together or on top of each other. My one bedroom is spacious for the price. I am glad it has a full size, built-in microwave, dishwasher, electric range and washer/dryer connection. My area is fairly quiet and the lawn is well maintained. The apartment has a diverse occupancy from singles to seniors. The parking is great. I like that I'm only minutes away from Walmart and HEB. Crescent Village is also pet friendly. Compared to other places I've lived, this is pretty good. I have lived here for a year. The negatives are insufficient drainage when it rains and dumpsters often totally full.
