The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Crescent Chase
Think hard before you move here. YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT BIG TIME! Dirtiest place i have ever seen! Can't ever reach anyone and if something is broken, you better fix it yourself because you will wait months before anyone comes. Place is falling apart and they will take your deposit no matter what. Leaks everywhere, mold in some apartments. Save yourself trouble and dont ever move here. There are a lot of people that have lawsuits against them for their deposit back and other charges and we are joining them. They dont even deserve 1 star but I cant post unless I choose one.
Have a leek in one of my bathroom showers. They replace it a year ago. Called a couple weeks later it still had leak. Took them a month to come back. So since they they have been out several times to “fix it” and it’s still leaking. Ask for credit and they say they won’t because that are trying to fix it and I have another bathroom. But yet I pay for 2 bathrooms. Also have made complaints for nosy neighbor to management and police. Nothing has happened and it’s been going on for 6 months. I have lived in several apartments and this by far is the worst made a mistake resigning lease last spring. Oh well lesson learned.
We moved here almost a year ago. There’s been black mold, neighbors throwing random garbage onto our patio, can’t get ahold of the office. Our carpets were ruined because of a leak from an above apartment.
This place allows smoking but doesn’t state that until you’ve already paid app fees, admin fees, and deposit which are all NON REFUNDABLE!
3 stars because the staff, at least Lindsey and Chris, are pretty awesome. However since I moved in 4 years ago quite a few things, have been headed downhill. It is most noticeable in the dog park, which has gone from great to a mud pit. Getting worse every year as more dogs move in and use it. We share these complaints repeatedly with staff and get the response that the owners don’t want to fix it and that they say it looks fine. I renewed on the promise they were finally getting some grass in the dog park this year, and just heard that it isn’t happening. Again. Super frustrating.
I moved in Nov of 2016 and have had a great experience. The management and maintenance staff are extremely friendly. You can tell they care about the tenants. It's very dog friendly and has a very strong community feel. From 2006 to 2018, I have moved 17 times (military service), so I have moved to many apartments. This is the first one that has a real community appeal. You feel welcome walking in the office. Every maintenance request I've put in has been addressed within 24 hours. And the few times I've needed to contact the office (via phone or email) I have received an immediate response. If you are looking for an apartment with a community feel, this is the place. It may not be the newest building or have every amenity. But it is easy toset that their priorityis the residents.
Property Manager at Crescent Chase, Responded To This Review
Hi, your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us.
I won't recommend this apartment to anyone. I lived there for three years. First year in one bedroom and two more years in two bedroom. Management was easy to access until they had property management changes. Few things I noticed are - There office time is not friendly to people who works. They are closed on weekends. And Office open after 9 till 5:30 on weekdays. And office is closed in average once a month with Facebook post. That also mean you have to keep checking there Facebook page to know when they will close or sometime same day notice. Good luck with that. - No means of communication. Office hours is one part of the story. You could hardly (literally NEVER) get any response of your email or phone call. Don't expect to get call back even after leaving detail message on there phone during office hours. During last year I might have made more than 100 calls for various purpose during office hours and I can say for sure of those 100 calls I didn't get even a single call back and obviously on that 100 calls not a single time anyone pick the phone (And yes that is all during their office hours). So if didn't catch them in office (if they open) good luck with talking with too. I am not making this up I can share incoming and outgoing call log and email chain if you don't believe me. - One interesting thing I found about there two bedroom "walking closet" once I moved in is its not a really a walk in closet. Its narrow L shape. Hardly 3 ft depth and long hardly 2 ft space. So I would recommend all to look into their walking closet in two bedroom before moving. Attached few pictures for reference.
