Property Ratings at Crenshaw Manor
Crenshaw manor is an affordable apartment complex in Inglewood. It is reasonably high quality for the price. The toilet and windows in my unit are less than 1 year old. There is good lighting in the apartment. The complex's internal courtyard is pleasant and has tables, grills, and many trees / plants. Management can be difficult to get a hold of; however, the facilities team is very responsive and addresses maintenance issues in 1-2 days. There are a good number of families who live here, some with small children. I have lived here 1.5 years so far and am happy with my selection.
Inglewood, is a up and coming neighborhood in Los Angeles. The current apartment we rent is a 1 bedroom that comes with a lockable garage. Also, there is a huge courtyard with two amazing gas barbecues. We pay all utilities but compared to most of the places in Los Angeles it's reasonably priced. Including all utilities including internet, the apartment comes to $1240. It is very close to many restaurants, cheap grocery stores, and several gyms, and fire stations. Our manager is very quick to fix anything that is wrong or anything that needs updating. You can pay your rent online, or make maintenance requests. They also have a 5 day grace period to pay rent; which can come in useful if your coming in tight at the end of the month. The garage has enough room, to store a reasonably sized car, or motorcycle. It also, has ample storage space if you need that kind of thing. The apartment is cozy, and has heat but no AC, they also use to have a pool in the courtyard; wish they brought that back. It's very close to the metro, and bus stop, and the tenants are mostly working, family people but all very friendly and have never had a bad experience with anybody. I've rented many places in LA and often you pay high price for terrible bug infested places, with terrible management, shady landlords, and below par living situation. Crenshaw Manor is a great place to live if your on a budget, and or want to grow with the up and coming Inglewood; City Of Champions
Crenshaw Manor is a clean well kept complex and my apartment comes with a decent sized garage. There are bbq's in the courtyard that are great for hot summer nights. The laundry room is always clean. I feel safe here as well due to the fact a key is needed to enter the complex and guests must be buzzed in. Parking is not a problem at all either. Plenty of street parking for guests. I plan on staying here a long time!
