It’s my first ever apartment at Creekwood and after living here for 2 months it’s been wonderful and very quiet. First entering as a new renter was easy and I had a ton of help from the office crew as a first time renter. Didn’t think It be that easy. Also it’s very close to the Knollwood village for easy accessibility for essentials. A perfect place for a brand new start
Creekwood Estates is a great place to live. Apartments are good sized, with big closets and modern appliances. Tracy the property manager is always very helpful and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff have been quick and efficient responding to any needs. The pool is great in the summer and the workout room is very nice. Overall, excellent place to live!
I have lived here for two years now, and I am very sad to have to move. It has been my favorite apartment I have lived At, hands down. It has been the only apartment where I truly felt at home. The staff is fantastic, and quick to respond/communicate in regards to any request. Being tucked right next to the minnehaha creek made me feel extra safe as well. My dog loves it as much as I do, as does my cat. If I were to move into another apartment, this place would be my first choice.
I've been living at Creekwood Estates since 11/14/2020 and I love it. Sure, it's apartment living so there's going to be some annoyances like parking and sometimes noise, but I've lived in apartments before and they've been poorly managed, dirty, loud, and just unpleasant. The management at Creekwood has been nothing but incredible at helping me with anything I've needed. The property is beautiful and kept so nice and clean. Maintenance is swift and efficient, and the residents are amazing. So friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a place to call home, check out Creekwood!

I absolutely love it here. It felt like home as soon as I walked into my apartment door. Creekwood Estates left a goodie bag to get you started in your new home and did not forget to give treats and toys for your pets. Tracy is so welcoming. Best place I have ever lived at.
The entire rental office staff are incredible. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. If you need assistance or have a question you can always expect it to be taken care of. The maintenance team is friendly, professional and prompt. I only needed maintenance twice and they were always able to fix the problem within a day. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is one of the nicest outdoor pools I've seen at apartment communities. Overall, a great place to live!
Tracy in the front office is fantastic, so is the rest of the staff!
I've only been moved in for about a week now but let me tell you the customer service of both of the gals named Tracy in the office have been outstanding. Any questions? They'll give you a straight answer or do the investigating to get you the answer. Its clear that they love working here and really appreciate and respect both the property and residents. The community is quiet for apartment living and even my garden level apartment has GREAT sunlight in the day time. The pool is closed right now but it looks promising and I am excited to see it open up. If you have kids they also have an on site play ground that you can hear all the kids having a ball at during the afternoon. This is truly a community feel and I have not had one bad interaction with either the faculty or residents. I feel right at home and can say there is a high chance I will renew one more year before I end up buying a house.
The staff was very attentive both to my requests and needs, but also to keeping the entire property maintained. I was there almost 4 years and it was exactly what I needed. This offers a great value and I recommend it.
The staff is so kind and helpful they make the community feel like your new home. Also the apartments are spacious and well taken care of. Super pet friendly! I absolutely love it here!!
We've been here for about 2 years now. It is beautiful in the summer and fall. We got engaged recently and took our engagement pictures on the creek on property with the fall leaves. Tracy H is a delight. She's so nice to everyone and their pets. Sometimes I think our dog loves her more than me.

The staff here go above and beyond for you; always available and prompt with any issue that may arise. Tracy has really become a friend to us. I've never before had an apartment that leaves treat bags on your door for holidays, and this extra touch means so much. It is a great place to call home. The perks of the pool, community dinners/parties, and workout room are a great added bonus. My cats even love that they get to look out on the creek and ducks when they come by.

After living in a few different apartment communities, I came to the realization that the enjoyment of living in a good community comes from the staff on-site. The staff at Creekwood Apartments is by far the best staff I have seen with at an apartment community. The leasing office is always cheerful and pleasant while walking by, and the maintenance staff are the best! It was a pleasure living in the community, and I am sure you will enjoy it too!

Really loved my time here. The staff was friendly, the units were spacious and well kept. The two times I had “emergency” calls to maintenance, they were there within 15 minutes. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I enjoyed the time I spent living at creekwood. It was conveniently located across from knoll wood mall where I could do all of my shopping. It was quiet too, we never really saw any of our neighbors except for in the laundry room. That was the only downfall, laundry closes at 9 and if a machine was broke it took weeks to get it fixed. Otherwise very convent location, I'd go back!
