Creekview Crossing

We rented a 3bed/2bath without touring in-person as we were moving from out of state. While the apartment management was very helpful and we easily qualified, once we arrived we instantly regretted the choice. Our apartment faced HWY 99 which is very busy and you will hear it constantly... All day and all night. It was atrocious. We had a few maintenance requests which took weeks to get addressed but maintenance was great once they got there. There is no guest parking because spots are used by extra resident vehicles. Be prepared for guests to walk half a mile near the dog park to get parking. We paid on time, all year and then 90 days before or lease was up (state law), we got notice that they were increasing our rent by almost $400 (18% increase) per month if we signed a new lease, or over $1k (46% increase) a month if we didn't. They are exempt from rent increase caps. We noticed many apartments being listed for rent because we weren't the only ones who received this wild increase. They lost the apartments for exorbitant amounts and then as the move in date gets close, drops the price so keep that in mind. Irony being they weren't successful renting the units out by the time we moved out and they dropped the price to less than what we were paying! Bizarre and beware these shady business practices.

My partner and I have enjoyed living here for the most part. Although we love our living space, this place does have its quirks. The walls are THIN. There are only two shared walls in our unit (one along the stairs, and one along the kitchen/master bedroom); however, we can hear our neighbors using their toilet, coughing, putting their dishes away...you name it! This has created a lot of stress/tension for us. There is also a ton of highway noise if your unit is close to 99. If noise is a concern, you may want to pass on this one. The trash area is always a hot mess. Apparently none of the tenants here understand how to use a trash compactor or how to break down boxes. So, the whole is area is either full of abandoned furniture, broken glass, or overflowing with trash and recycling. The parking is also pretty limited. Good luck finding a spot for your guests to park their cars. The appliances are a bit outdated. My partner and I gripe weekly about how much the AC, dishwasher, washer, and drier stink, but we can fully acknowledge that we were spoiled in our last spot. Otherwise, the units are lovely. I love having so much natural light, a fireplace, a pool, a gym, and some nice walking trails nearby. Do with that information what you will!

We absolutely loved living here and only left as we were finally able to purchase our dream home. The manager and entire staff is super kind and helpful. Maintenance always was prompt and responsive to anything that arose. Thank you for all that you do, you will all be missed.

My wife and I love living here it is by far one of the best apartments in Sherwood. Management is super nice and attentive and maintenance is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy we found this place.

I have loved living here at creekview. I first lived at creekview in 2016 for a short time before moving for work. I have since moved back to Creekview because of many reasons. The units are spacious and well maintained. The staff has always given top notch service from clear communication with the office to fast response from maintenance. They even have community events. Recently they sponsored a taco truck and gave out free tacos to residents, while encouraging everyone to practice social distancing and face coverings! Thanks Sarah and Logan! The property is close to great schools and shopping. The area is beautiful and you can walk/run/bike around with ease. Honestly you have to really search for a "down-side" of living here. I am loving living here at Creekview Crossing until i buy my first home!

Creekview crossing is such all around wonderful place to call home. The units have large bright windows and high ceilings that make the units feel even bigger. High end finishes and amenities such as granite counters, a generous pool, garages for most units and a always deserted fitness center, make this property a win win. If you ever have questions or maintenance issues, you can be assured that the friendly and attentive office and maintenance staff will take care of you!

Creekview crossing is a wonderful place to live! Our move in was super easy thanks to the clear communication and coordination with the leasing office. The area is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. I have already fallen in love with the sounds of nature when i wake up and enjoy my balcony. The townhomes are spacious and nice. The high end finishes and granite countertops throughout add a touch of class and the kitchen is very large with lots of storage space. Being close to oldtown sherwood is nice as we can walk over easily. Safe to say we have happily enjoyed our time at this property! Thanks for everything!

I’ve really enjoyed living here at Creekview. The location is great for my work and everything has been better than expected. I had some trouble with my heating system and the maintenance supervisor, Justin, came by right away and helped me figure out the issue.

I have lived here for awhile now and I have to say the new team is great! Both in the office and maintenance. I recently had a slight maintenance emergency after putting half of a cake down the garbage disposal. I later came to find out that isn't such a good idea. Justin, the maintenance supervisor, was super quick to respond and had my sink fixed in no time. Despite the disgusting mess he really handled it professionally at all times Thank you Justin and I promise I wont do that again!

Paula, the leasing consultant is absolutely amazing!! I lived in these complexes for about a year now and the entire time she was extremely helpful when it came to any questions or concerns me and my boyfriend had. The complex itself is gorgeous and it’s in a great location! The only downfall we had was with the property manager, Sarah, after moving out when it came to questions I had about my deposit she was extremely disrespectful and rude. 3 weeks after moving out she told me she would be sending me to collections if I did not give her around $800 by the end of the month without ever receiving a bill. I asked to speak to someone ahead of her and she told me I would need to look the number up myself, that she would not give it to me. Finally I was able to speak to Paula again and she was more than helpful!

Paula is a wonderful landlord she is there when you need her, very informative on answering questions. There are many activities that she puts together for the kids that live in this community and the Adults! I would recommend this place very beautiful inside and out.

I called to get some more information about the apartments available at Creekview. Paula was very professional, courteous, and friendly in providing information about renting at Creekview Crossing. Moving from another state made it so that I had several questions. She was patient and answered each one. She also was able to provide me with information about the location that I had not thought about.

I recently went to creekview for a tour and I was impressed with Paula’s customer service. She was very attentive and treated me as if I was a resident!! Props!! ??

Very spacious townhomes. Modern and up to date. Property manager is terrific; always organizing fun things for the kids to do. She is easy to talk to and is right on top of things. Maintenance staff is also really great and do a nice job keeping things up.

Moving out for Montana was beyond stressful but Paula made it so easy for us. She stayed open late and helped us through all the paperwork so you could move in the same day we got here. but her good deeds didn't stop there. She also hosts Easter egg hunts, pictures with Santa, and wine tasting for the grown-ups. Paula made it easy for us to call Sherwood our home.

We are currently moving to this location and the staff have been wonderful! They have been very helpful with giving us all of the information that we need to make the move go as smoothly as possible. Paula in the front office has been especially helpful. She works hard to make herself available and is always able to find an answer to our questions. We can't wait to call this place home!

I have nothing but good things to say about these townhomes! My entire experience from application to move in was so pleasant. Paula in the office is so kind and so helpful. Paula made our transition into our new place very easy!!

Since I started to live at creekview apartaments I feel very happy for the attention and the treatment that they give me for how fast my calls are solved especially for the eclectic attention that Paula gave me from the beginning until now she is an excellent person

Ever since we moved in Sherwood Creekview crossing we have had the most wonderful experience. It’s a very quite environment and this is a good area for the kids to also have a nearby school not having to be far from here. The moment I entered the offic to rent the apartment everyone gave me a good experience everyone greated me kindly and showed me around in a joyful and cheerful experience. The moment I recieved good help and experience to rent the apartment I had a feeling that this was a perfect place and environment to live in. Now I’m living here thanks to me hard work and the excellent attention that Paula gave me for the apartments.

I've lived at Creekview Crossing in Sherwood for about six months, and it's a great place to live! Paula, in the leasing office, is a delight! She is always happy to see me and address any issues. Justin, one of the Maintenance crew, cleaned up so well after replacing my garbage disposal that I wouldn't have known he had been there already had he not left a nice note telling me that it was all fixed. Thank you Paula and Justin!

Such a fun community! Ever so often they put together a fun event in the complex to get everyone to meet and chat and create the home-y feel!! Such friendly staff and always so helpful!

We have had an excellent experience from the start thanks to the amazing team both in the office and in the maintenance department. Everyone has been very courteous and professional and made me feel very welcome and at home. The condos here are beautiful and are just what we were seeking between selling/buying. We are very fortunate to have found this hidden gem. We love it here.

Great school district, very spacious townhomes, it has central air, which was a must have for us. Fun monthly events, an amazing staff, everyone is so friendly with quick response times. They accept pets too which is hard to find. We have built our home and moved onto being home owners. We didn't have any troubles with our move-out or billing. We had our carpets professionally cleaned and home cleaned before we turned in the keys however as we always like to leave our home clean when we move as we received it. We will continue to refer our friends and family to this community as we absolutely loved it while we lived there.

When we moved in to our apartment it was dirty. There was dog hair everywhere and the previous occupant had failed to remove all of their stuff, which my roommates and I ended up throwing away. From there, the living was great, but the parking was horrendous. Something needs to be done about the parking. Hard to find a spot, and sometimes had to walk as much as half a mile to get to and from my car. Kevin, the handyman was great, though I wished some of the things we had him do (such as replacing lightbulbs) (the one in the garage was never replaced) was done prior to us moving in. What really made me upset is that the apartment never took us through an exit walkthrough, and then they FAILED TO HONOR THE LEASE, waiting OVER a month to mail to me a vastly reduced deposit, citing "cleaning" as the reasoning behind the reduction. First and foremost, the apartment was clean when we left, we made sure of it. As college students, we are used to cleaning as we leave dorm rooms, etc. and we spent the whole night and much of the morning scrubbing bathrooms, vacuuming floors, wiping down counters, and cleaning cabinets. For them to cite us for cleaning charges (when we received the apartment in a not clean condition) and for failing to uphold the lease is the reason they get one star. It felt like they were taking advantage of us for being college aged.

Have had a very positive experience since day one. Management if very professional and courteous. My apartment is amazing and is very spacious. I don't have issues with parking, and have two vehicles, and two assigned parking spaces with my townhouse, the garage and an outside one. I love the events they host every month. My favorite yet was the complimentary massage happy hour event. Everything is online and super convenient.

My apartment is amazing and the icing on the cake is that it has central air too. Best place to live in Sherwood that I have found. The office staff is super nice and they accept my packages for me and notify me when they arrive too. Love living here! Super easy since everything is available to do online too.

I rented the apartment and it was a nice place. The issue I have with the place are as listed: Parking: too few spots to park and soon parking tickets will be issued along the street where everyone parks. Trash : people dump it outside the dumpster and not into a good dumpster. Management: changes too often. Exit inspection: they will get you for everything under the sun. We got a good exit inspection but I got a 2k bill after our Deposite was used up. Road noise. It took for them forever to do a doorbell repair and unclog a bathroom sink. Try never. I had to do it.

Creekview Crossing is a nice new development in a safe area with good schools nearby. My apartment is spacious and has nice amenities including a community pool and small gym. Pets are welcome and there are pet waste stations located around the property. Be sure to read your lease agreement carefully as the new management team is devious and will look to take full advantage of loopholes that will allow them to charge a higher rent before the lease term has expired.

Wonderful for working my legs and gluten. Love the stairs! Maybe I'll find me a rich man around here!
