This community has the potential to be so much better than what is.. I am truly disappointed with Creekside Vista & Dayrise Residential! My home was left unlocked today by maintenance during the routine fire inspection. The place where I sleep! Where I have my personal belongings… my place of peace. It has been anything but peaceful. My neighbors constantly fight and play loud music daily… oh let’s not forget the shootings the occurred below me while I was sleep. The $50 valet trash fee, only to be charged an additional $50 for the dumpsters … We have constant car break-ins…. Management doesn’t seem to care one bit! I was forced to buy an expensive alarm and camera system and I still don’t feel safe. I’ve called the regional manager several times with no response… I feel my door was left open on purpose honestly. This company has a fiduciary duty to to keep the residents homes safe. They’ve gone inside my unit multiple times unannounced with claims that they didn’t when I have a alarm so I know for a fact they did. My apartment is beautiful but the constant lack of management and professionalism overshadows that. I do not feel safe or valued as a resident. I will not be renewing my lease…

I Love my apartment, it’s spacious, it’s conveniently located, kid friendly (for my grandchildren). It’s easy accessible from East, West I-20 and I-285 South. There are several stores close by to suit every need.

Great, quiet, peaceful community. I have lived at Creekside for about three and a half years now and I could have not found a better place to call my home. The office staff extremely awesome as well as maintenance. They are always there to tend to my needs in a timely manner, which is greatly appreciated in my book. I will continue to live at Creekside as long as possible, until I move on to my next journey in life. But as of now Creekside is my home.
Car break-ins. Gunshots. Drug Dealers. Crack pipes in the parking lot. RUDE office staff who are all trying their best to hit you with another fee. There has been a torn open bag of trash littered in my stairwell for over a month. OVERPRICED JOKE.
My apartment is very high I can not afford it but it was the only place my kids n I can get into with short notice after my husband abandon us and didn't pay our rent for 3 months if I win this will be wonderful I stress day in and day out between my car not and rent its making me sick literally...
Creekside vista is a good place to stay. Ive been here for one year and just renewed my lease. Its gated and its hidden and alot ppl don't know they are back in the cut off candler/flat shoals pwky. The apartments are like 6 years old and every thing looks nice. The new management is really getting things done. The property is always clean and neat and if i have a issue matience is always on time. My dishwasher went out a few months ago and with in 3 days i got a new one put in. Its quiet and ive never had a issue. Its security 24 hours and no one is hanging out in the breezways and no kids running around bc there is a curfew for children under 16. Like i said before ive been here a year and only issue i had was my dishwasher and that was fixed asap.
