Our 2 bedroom units feature a townhouse style on the second and third floors and a romantic spiral staircase. Each of our 2 bedroom units have a washer and dryer in the unit, dual vanities in the bathroom, and very large bedrooms. These are some of the biggest units in Anchorage with our 1 bedroom units being at least 736 sq ft! We have free on-site laundry for our 1 bedroom tenants. We have a large parking lot with one assigned space and ample visitor parking. Nestled in a convenient location in South Anchorage, come enjoy the country atmosphere of Campbell Creek Greenbelt, as well as close access to shopping and work. Come see what we can offer! We are a smoke free and pet free building we can't make exceptions on this. We also do not accept housing assistance programs.
