My experience has been great. Jason and the staff in the office were very responsive to my initial inquiries and made the process of setting up the rental super smooth. They have continued to be responsive during the move in process and as a resident as well. My apt is great, exactly what I wanted. The grounds are always clean and attractive. It's been less than a month, but so far, so good!

I was born and raised in this community and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I had rented from Goldmark in the past and it was nothing like this. I see them making small improvements to the buildings and I hope it continues but I think some personnel changes needs to be made.
