Property Ratings at Creekside Apts
Lived here for a year and the whole time they never fixed my door that leaked every time it rained.
My apartment leaked anytime it rained, and it got so bad that I would have to leave towels under the dishwasher and dryer just to make sure it didn't ruin anything while I was in class. The management isn't the worst, but the maintenance is nonexistent unless you constantly call and complain. Then they'll take forever to fix it or just come look at it and never come back again. I didn't have heat despite my lease saying I was renting an apartment with central heating and AC. It took them many months and many times of me calling for them to finally come put in a new heating/AC unit. That winter I had a $200+ heating bill each month because I had to use space heaters. The parking is ridiculous and wouldn't pass any modern building codes. THERE IS A MASSIVE ROACH PROBLEM. Don't rent here unless they've made significant changes or you're just needing a place quickly.
The owners are never there, maintence guy is lazy and everything is rigged together. Constant leaking, appliances are way out of date and don't work properly . Not friendly service, difficult to contact owner or maintence. Place is just all around in rough shape, wouldn't recommend anyone to consider it. Way overpriced considering the nicer places around for same price or just a little more.
