Very happy with my first year (almost) here in at Creekside. Everyone is friendly and the grounds are well maintained. My experience with maintenance requests have always been handled within 24 hours (same day if earlier enough). Front office occasionally is closed due to staffing but not often and always given plenty of notice beforehand. Overall good experience and would be hesitant to leave for a slightly cheaper place and jeopardize the excellent service we are provided here.
Despite the age of apartments they are very well kept. Staff/Maintenance very, very wonderful and professional people. Absolutely love it here.

All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Complex is well kept and love how much overflow parking there is.
We love living here. Staff and residents are all nice and we always feel safe. We've only lived here but from other stories we've heard... This is a greatest complex in the area.

The greatest asset of Creekside apartments is its proximity to shopping and major roadways.
I am incredibly happy with the staff and units at Creekside Apartments. It is hard to know if you are choosing the right place and I feel fortunate to hit the mail on the head. Everyone is very kind, thoughtful and quick to respond to any/all maintenance requests. This experience has me wanting to extend my lease next fall.
Creekside Apartments is a safe community that makes you feel like part of a neighborhood rather than in a sterile, unnatural environment. The residents clean after their pets and are courteous to each other. The staff is approachable/ courteous and quick to help if there is a maintenance issue. Overall, it's a nice place to live.
On my second year living in this community, not any issues, always get a quick response from management to my concerns. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
